【摘要】：《逃離》是加拿大著名小說家艾麗絲·門羅(Alice Munro)的代表作,獲獎無數(shù),也是國內(nèi)引進最早的一本門羅的作品。不少學者對其做了深入的研究,如從女性主義、身份認知、敘述技巧及策略等角度,但目前還沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)從翻譯學的角度探討本書中譯本的文獻。本文選取Alice Munro的Runaway和國內(nèi)知名翻譯家李文俊先生的中譯本《逃離》為語料,以著名語言學家Jef Verschueren提出的語言順應論為理論框架,探討該理論對文學翻譯,尤其是對小說翻譯的解釋力。作者對比分析了《逃離》原文與譯本在句法等層面的差異,并從以下方面對譯者翻譯過程中所采用的翻譯策略與方法進行了闡釋:適應性的語境相關(guān)成分、適應性結(jié)構(gòu)對象、適應性動態(tài)過程和適應過程的意識突顯性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),為了迎合目的語讀者的閱讀期待,譯者在翻譯時充分考慮了讀者的接受程度。譯者的翻譯過程,其實就是一個不斷順應目標語語境、不斷調(diào)適兩個文本和文化的選擇過程。本研究帶給我們的啟示是:譯者在翻譯文學作品時,要把翻譯過程作為一個選擇過程,除了要順應非語言語境,如發(fā)話人、釋話人、心理世界、社交世界等以外,還要順應目的語的語言結(jié)構(gòu),只有這樣,才能讓譯作更易為讀者所接受。
[Abstract]:Escape is the masterpiece of Alice Munroy, a famous Canadian novelist, who has won numerous awards and is also the earliest book by Monroe in China. Many scholars have done in-depth research on it, such as feminism, identity cognition. In this paper, the author chooses Runaway of Alice Munro and the Chinese translation of famous Chinese translator Li Wenjun as the corpus, but there is no research on the translation of this book from the angle of narrative technique and strategy, so far, there is no literature on the translation of this book from the perspective of translatology, including Runaway by Alice Munro and Li Wenjun, a famous translator in China. Based on the linguistic adaptation Theory proposed by famous linguist Jef Verschueren, this paper probes into the explanatory power of this theory in literary translation, especially in novel translation. The author makes a comparative analysis of the syntactic differences between the original text and the translation. The translation strategies and methods used in the process of translation are illustrated from the following aspects: contextual components of adaptability, adaptive structural objects, adaptive dynamic processes and awareness salience of adaptive processes. In order to meet the reading expectations of the target language readers, the translator fully considers the reader's acceptability in translation. The translator's translation process is in fact a continuous adaptation to the target language context. This study provides us with the inspiration that the translator should take the process of translation as a process of choice in the translation of literary works, in addition to adapting to the non-linguistic context, such as the speaker, the interpreter, and the translator. In addition to the psychological world and social world, the target language should be adapted to the language structure so that the translation can be more acceptable to the readers.
