【摘要】：言語(yǔ)反諷作為一種常用的修辭手段，具有豐富語(yǔ)言表達(dá)、突出人物形象、深化作品主題的功能。學(xué)者們從語(yǔ)義學(xué)、心理語(yǔ)言學(xué)、傳統(tǒng)語(yǔ)用學(xué)等角度對(duì)言語(yǔ)反諷現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了廣泛深入的研究。相比較而言，言語(yǔ)反諷的翻譯卻缺乏權(quán)威的理論指導(dǎo)，究其原因，是現(xiàn)有理論很少能同時(shí)滿足言語(yǔ)反諷翻譯在微觀語(yǔ)言和宏觀文化兩個(gè)層面的需求。 《圍城》是享譽(yù)文壇的藝術(shù)經(jīng)典。作者錢鐘書先生充分利用反諷揭露舊社會(huì)的弊病，暴露人們的缺點(diǎn)。小說自成書以來不乏研究者，卻鮮有人涉足其中的反諷翻譯。本文嘗試以順應(yīng)論為理論指導(dǎo)，探討英譯本中言語(yǔ)反諷的翻譯問題。 維索爾倫從認(rèn)知、社會(huì)和文化綜觀的角度審視語(yǔ)用學(xué)，提出了非常具有解釋力和應(yīng)用價(jià)值的順應(yīng)論。該理論滿足《圍城》言語(yǔ)反諷翻譯在微觀語(yǔ)言和宏觀文化兩個(gè)層面的需求。根據(jù)順應(yīng)論，語(yǔ)言使用的過程是語(yǔ)言使用者為順應(yīng)交際需要不斷做出選擇的過程，而語(yǔ)言使用者之所以能做出選擇源于語(yǔ)言本身具有的三個(gè)特性，即變異性、協(xié)商性和順應(yīng)性。順應(yīng)論的四個(gè)研究維度，語(yǔ)境關(guān)系順應(yīng)、結(jié)構(gòu)客體順應(yīng)、動(dòng)態(tài)順應(yīng)和順應(yīng)過程中的意識(shí)程度，契合語(yǔ)言使用過程中的語(yǔ)言、社會(huì)、文化和認(rèn)知因素，，對(duì)研究言語(yǔ)反諷翻譯具有理論指導(dǎo)作用。 本文從順應(yīng)論的角度研究譯者在《圍城》言語(yǔ)反諷翻譯的過程中如何從微觀語(yǔ)言和宏觀文化兩個(gè)層面對(duì)原文做出動(dòng)態(tài)順應(yīng)，從而以順應(yīng)論為指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)地描述言語(yǔ)反諷翻譯的過程和效果。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：1）順應(yīng)論對(duì)言語(yǔ)反諷翻譯具有理論指導(dǎo)作用，即言語(yǔ)反諷翻譯的過程是譯者不斷做出語(yǔ)言選擇的過程；2）在《圍城》言語(yǔ)反諷翻譯的過程中，譯者對(duì)目的語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)言語(yǔ)境和交際語(yǔ)境中的各要素進(jìn)行了合理順應(yīng)，因而成功再現(xiàn)了原文的諷刺風(fēng)格；3）將順應(yīng)論引入言語(yǔ)反諷翻譯，不僅拓寬了順應(yīng)論的適用范圍,也為研究言語(yǔ)反諷翻譯帶來了諸多有益的啟示。
