【摘要】：李白是唐朝最杰出的浪漫主義詩人,享“詩仙”之美譽,所賦詩歌雄渾飄逸、想象豐富、意象多變,是我國乃至世界文學(xué)典籍中的藝術(shù)瑰寶。作為相對獨立的文學(xué)藝術(shù)客體,他的每首詩歌都是語言成分和美感因素的有機整體,具有不可忽略的格式塔質(zhì)。 自18世紀(jì)起,國內(nèi)外譯者積極投身李白詩歌英譯,李白詩歌的多個英譯版本得以問世,為李白詩歌的英譯和其藝術(shù)之美在英語世界的傳播做出了貢獻(xiàn),但部分譯文僅注重局部詞義或詩行意義的對等或忠實,缺乏對原詩格式塔質(zhì)的審美再現(xiàn),即對原詩格式塔意象的再造。而基于文學(xué)翻譯的格式塔意象再造模式,李白詩歌英譯過程可視為格式塔意象再造的過程,本文對這一過程進(jìn)行了研究,通過采用描述性研究和對比分析方法,對李白詩歌英譯的格式塔意象再造過程的兩個階段即心理實現(xiàn)階段和語言實現(xiàn)階段進(jìn)行闡釋,旨在深入地認(rèn)識格式塔意象再造過程,為李白詩歌英譯實踐提供指導(dǎo),以消除李白詩歌英譯本中重局部語意層面的對等但輕整體藝術(shù)意象再造的弊端。 本文在回顧李白詩歌英譯的成就與不足、介紹格式塔意象再造理論的基礎(chǔ)上,指出格式塔意象再造過程對李白詩歌英譯過程的適用性。繼而結(jié)合具體譯例探究李白詩英譯的格式塔意象再造過程,對格式塔意象的心理實現(xiàn)和語言實現(xiàn)做了具體闡釋。在心理實現(xiàn)階段,譯者通過語言認(rèn)知和審美體驗雙重活動與李白詩歌持續(xù)地相互作用,同時運用審美想象、反思或調(diào)節(jié)等心理機制,不斷調(diào)整自身認(rèn)知圖式,建構(gòu)對原詩的格式塔意象。此意象也需遵從譯文圖式結(jié)構(gòu),為其和諧自然的語言實現(xiàn)提供保障。語言實現(xiàn)則以心理建構(gòu)的格式塔意象為基礎(chǔ),力求在譯文詞匯選擇、句子和語篇連貫等方面符合格式塔意象,以再造原詩的格式塔質(zhì)。這一過程可能受到來自譯者、原文本等因素的影響,但通過譯者與原文本間的交互作用,可使格式塔意象成功地再造。格式塔意象再造過程使譯文再現(xiàn)李白詩歌的格式塔質(zhì),建構(gòu)出美學(xué)意義上的優(yōu)質(zhì)譯文,從而有效地傳遞李白詩歌藝術(shù)之美。
