【摘要】：世界上培養(yǎng)一流創(chuàng)新人才的大學(xué)都有完備的藝術(shù)教育。實(shí)踐證明，藝術(shù)教育在人才培養(yǎng)方面具有科學(xué)教育無(wú)法替代的作用。在我國(guó)，藝術(shù)教育是素質(zhì)教育的重要組成部分。 藝術(shù)素質(zhì)作為一種基本素質(zhì)，已不再是專業(yè)藝術(shù)學(xué)院和綜合性大學(xué)的專利。近年來(lái)，我國(guó)理工科大學(xué)公共藝術(shù)教育發(fā)展迅速，大家都認(rèn)識(shí)到了其價(jià)值所在，即社會(huì)價(jià)值、文化價(jià)值以及育人價(jià)值。理工科大學(xué)公共藝術(shù)教育有其特殊性，本文根據(jù)其特殊性提出了公共藝術(shù)教育在理工科人學(xué)的定位。但是，目前我國(guó)理工科大學(xué)公共藝術(shù)教育還處于薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，且存在諸多問(wèn)題。本文主要通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法了解了當(dāng)前我國(guó)理工科大學(xué)公共藝術(shù)教育現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)行模式，并指出了其問(wèn)題所在：缺乏藝術(shù)教育傳統(tǒng)；教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)素質(zhì)整體水平不高；公共藝術(shù)教育背離“普及”的初衷；學(xué)校強(qiáng)勢(shì)學(xué)科的壓力；缺乏科學(xué)的藝術(shù)教育教學(xué)和管理模式；對(duì)公共藝術(shù)教育的人文性缺乏認(rèn)識(shí)等等。 美國(guó)的藝術(shù)教育發(fā)達(dá)且豐富，值得我們學(xué)習(xí)與借鑒。本文在第四章介紹了哈佛大學(xué)和麻省理工學(xué)院的藝術(shù)教育現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)中美兩國(guó)的藝術(shù)教育進(jìn)行了比較，得到以下幾點(diǎn)啟示：把藝術(shù)作為核心課程；由政府和社會(huì)各方面共同推進(jìn)，加強(qiáng)公共藝術(shù)教育投資；把公共藝術(shù)教育的成敗與國(guó)家富強(qiáng)相聯(lián)系并加強(qiáng)其研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出了“統(tǒng)籌和諧”的公共藝術(shù)教育模式。從日標(biāo)、管理、途徑、課程、資源和評(píng)價(jià)等六個(gè)方面對(duì)此模式進(jìn)行了具體論述。 本文最后一章對(duì)保障我國(guó)理工科大學(xué)公共藝術(shù)教育模式的運(yùn)行提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策，即加強(qiáng)理工科大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)；建立和完善理工科大學(xué)公共藝術(shù)教育教學(xué)管理機(jī)制與評(píng)估制度；加強(qiáng)理工科大學(xué)藝術(shù)課程建設(shè)；加強(qiáng)理工科大學(xué)藝術(shù)教師和特長(zhǎng)生的引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)工作；充分發(fā)揮理工科大學(xué)信息學(xué)科和專業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)；充分挖掘社會(huì)公共藝術(shù)教育資源等。
[Abstract]:Universities that train top-class innovative talents in the world have complete art education. Practice has proved that art education plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of talents. In our country, art education is an important part of quality education. As a basic quality, artistic quality is no longer the patent of professional art college and comprehensive university. In recent years, public art education in science and engineering universities in China has developed rapidly, and everyone has realized its value, that is, social value, cultural value and educational value. The public art education of science and engineering university has its particularity, according to its particularity, this paper puts forward the orientation of public art education in science and engineering humanities. However, public art education in science and engineering universities in China is still in a weak link, and there are many problems. This article mainly through the questionnaire investigation method has understood the present situation and the present pattern of the public art education of our country science and engineering university, and has pointed out its problem: lacks the artistic education tradition, the teacher troop specialized quality overall level is not high; Public art education deviates from the original intention of "popularization"; the pressure of strong discipline in school; the lack of scientific teaching and management mode of art education; the lack of understanding of the humanism of public art education, etc. The art education in the United States is well developed and rich, which is worthy of our study and reference. In the fourth chapter, this paper introduces the present situation of art education in Harvard University and MIT, and compares the art education between China and the United States, and gets the following enlightenment: take art as the core curriculum; To strengthen public art education investment by the government and all aspects of society, to link the success or failure of public art education with the prosperity and strength of the country and to strengthen its research. On this basis, put forward the "overall harmony" public art education model. This model is discussed in detail from six aspects: day standard, management, approach, curriculum, resources and evaluation. The last chapter of this paper puts forward some countermeasures to guarantee the operation of public art education mode of science and engineering universities in our country, that is, to strengthen the campus culture construction of science and engineering universities; To establish and perfect the teaching management mechanism and evaluation system of public art education in universities of science and engineering, to strengthen the construction of art courses in universities of science and engineering, to strengthen the introduction and training of art teachers and students of specialty in universities of science and engineering; Give full play to the advantages of information science and specialty in science and engineering universities, and fully tap the resources of social public art education.
