【摘要】：蕭紅是中國現(xiàn)代女作家中的翹楚,被譽(yù)為“30年代文學(xué)洛神”。她的作品集大氣情懷、細(xì)膩筆調(diào)和深刻思想于一體,《呼蘭河傳》就是其中最著名的代表作,它為讀者了解中國東北地區(qū)的民俗文化打開了一扇窗。蕭紅作品在國外的傳播與葛浩文是分不開的。早在20世紀(jì)70年代,葛浩文最早向西方介紹了蕭紅。之后葛浩文研究蕭紅40年,獲得了首屆蕭紅研究獎(jiǎng)。他翻譯的《呼蘭河傳》見證了其漢譯之旅的開端。 操縱理論學(xué)派誕生于20世紀(jì)90年代,代表人物是勒菲弗爾。他認(rèn)為,翻譯研究不應(yīng)僅限于字詞句層面,而是要考慮文化因素。譯者在整個(gè)翻譯過程中會(huì)受到贊助人、意識(shí)形態(tài)和詩學(xué)觀三大因素的影響。翻譯是對(duì)原始文本的改寫。 本文旨在從翻譯操縱理論的角度出發(fā),分析《呼蘭河傳》葛浩文譯本中的民俗翻譯,淺析贊助人、意識(shí)形態(tài)和詩學(xué)觀三個(gè)因素對(duì)葛浩文翻譯方法和策略的影響。其中,贊助人因素對(duì)譯作的操縱主要體現(xiàn)在翻譯題材的選擇上,意識(shí)形態(tài)操縱體現(xiàn)在對(duì)西方宗教文化的強(qiáng)化上,而詩學(xué)觀操縱則體現(xiàn)在三個(gè)方面,包括篇章結(jié)構(gòu)、習(xí)語表達(dá)和人物塑造。 通過論證,本文得出結(jié)論,葛浩文所受到的贊助人、意識(shí)形態(tài)和詩學(xué)觀三因素的影響使他在翻譯時(shí)有意識(shí)地對(duì)原文進(jìn)行一定程度的改寫,尤其是對(duì)民俗文化內(nèi)容的改寫大大提高了國外讀者對(duì)作品的接受度。葛浩文譯本是《呼蘭河傳》唯一的英譯本,在促進(jìn)中國文學(xué)和民族文化傳播上有著獨(dú)一無二的作用。近幾年學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)葛浩文譯作的研究大多集中在莫言作品上,希望本文對(duì)蕭紅《呼蘭河傳》英譯本的研究能夠給翻譯研究探索新的視角,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)中國文學(xué)的對(duì)外傳播。
[Abstract]:Xiao Hong is one of the leading female writers in China. Her works are a collection of atmospheric feelings, exquisite style and profound thoughts. The biography of Hulan River is one of the most famous representative works, which opens a window for readers to understand the folk culture in Northeast China. The spread of Xiao Hong's works abroad is inextricably linked with that of the author. As early as the 1970 s, GE Haowen first introduced Xiao Hong to the West. After that, he studied Xiao Hong for 40 years and won the first Xiao Hong Research Award. His translation of the Hulan River witnessed the beginning of his journey to Chinese translation. The school of manipulation theory was born in the 1990 s, and the representative figure is Lefevere. In his opinion, translation studies should not be limited to words and phrases, but cultural factors should be taken into account. Translators are influenced by patronage, ideology and poetics. Translation is the rewriting of the original text. From the perspective of translation manipulation theory, this paper aims to analyze the folklore translation in the translation of "Hulan River Biography", and the influence of patronage, ideology and poetics on the translation methods and strategies of GE Haowen. Among them, the manipulation of the patronage factor is mainly reflected in the choice of the translation theme, the ideological manipulation in the strengthening of the western religious culture, and the manipulation of the poetics view in three aspects, including the text structure. Idiom expression and characterization. Through the argumentation, this paper concludes that the influence of three factors, namely patronage, ideology and poetics, has led to a certain degree of rewriting of the original text. In particular, the rewriting of folk culture has greatly increased the acceptance of the works by foreign readers. The translation of GE Haowen is the only English translation of Hulan River and plays a unique role in promoting the spread of Chinese literature and national culture. In recent years, most of the academic studies on the translation of GE Haowen have focused on Mo Yan's works. It is hoped that the study of the English translation of Xiao Hong's "Hulan River Biography" will provide a new perspective for translation studies and further promote the dissemination of Chinese literature to the outside world.
