【摘要】：正1999年美育正式列入素質(zhì)教育的有機(jī)組成部分,《中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于深化教育體制改革全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的決定》提出了"德、智、體、美全面發(fā)展",2002年教育部發(fā)布《學(xué)校藝術(shù)教育工作規(guī)程》、《全國(guó)學(xué)校藝術(shù)教育發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2001-2010)》,2006年教育部頒布《全國(guó)普通高等學(xué)校藝術(shù)類課程指導(dǎo)方案》,這些舉措確立了藝術(shù)教育在中國(guó)教育體制中具有重要的構(gòu)成地位。[1]
[Abstract]:In 1999, aesthetic education was formally included as an organic part of quality education. The decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the reform of the educational system to comprehensively promote quality education put forward the "comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical, and beauty." In 2002, the Ministry of Education issued the "rules for School Art Education", the "National School Art Education Development Plan (2001-2010)", and in 2006 the Ministry of Education promulgated the "National Art Curriculum guidance Program for General institutions of higher Learning". These measures have established that art education plays an important role in the Chinese educational system. [1]
