高職藝術(shù)院校校團(tuán)合作長效機(jī)制的研究與探索

【摘要】:校團(tuán)合作作為高等藝術(shù)職業(yè)院校的傳統(tǒng)辦學(xué)模式,與"演學(xué)結(jié)合"這一傳統(tǒng)人才培養(yǎng)模式相輔相成,很長時(shí)間以來深刻影響著藝術(shù)職業(yè)院校的辦學(xué)和教育,一度走在了中國職業(yè)教育校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合的實(shí)踐前沿。但由于冷熱度不一、層次定位較低、合作模式單一等原因,優(yōu)勢不明顯,成果不顯著。面對這些問題,本文借鑒普通職業(yè)教育研究成果,對高等藝術(shù)職業(yè)教育的校團(tuán)合作長效機(jī)制進(jìn)行探究,旨在為拓展合作領(lǐng)域、豐富合作模式、穩(wěn)定合作關(guān)系提供一點(diǎn)啟示。
[Abstract]:As the traditional mode of running schools in higher vocational colleges of art, the cooperation of school groups complements with the traditional talent training mode of "combination of performance and study", and it has a profound influence on the running and education of art vocational colleges for a long time. Once walked in China's vocational education school-enterprise cooperation, work-learning combination of practice frontier. However, due to the difference of cold and heat degree, low level orientation and single cooperation mode, the advantages are not obvious and the results are not significant. In the face of these problems, this paper draws lessons from the research results of general vocational education, and probes into the long-term mechanism of cooperation in higher art vocational education, in order to provide some enlightenment for expanding the cooperation field, enriching the cooperation mode and stabilizing the cooperative relationship.
