【摘要】:從動(dòng)畫(huà)教育在我國(guó)開(kāi)辦起的寥寥無(wú)幾狀至今日的舉國(guó)普及動(dòng)畫(huà)教育的現(xiàn)狀,中國(guó)的動(dòng)畫(huà)教育在短短幾年內(nèi),發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。然而,中國(guó)的動(dòng)畫(huà)質(zhì)量,動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)并沒(méi)有因此發(fā)生實(shí)質(zhì)性的改觀,只是在數(shù)量和規(guī)模上取得了矚目的成就。 時(shí)至今日,動(dòng)畫(huà)已經(jīng)成為大眾消費(fèi)中不可小覷的一部分,隨著動(dòng)畫(huà)相關(guān)周邊產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展,動(dòng)畫(huà)及動(dòng)畫(huà)相關(guān)的周邊產(chǎn)品的商業(yè)價(jià)值也越來(lái)越重要。因此,動(dòng)畫(huà)教育作為輸出動(dòng)畫(huà)人才的主要力量,也需要相應(yīng)的調(diào)整動(dòng)畫(huà)教育的策略與方法。 本文從動(dòng)畫(huà)的基本理論出發(fā),通過(guò)對(duì)動(dòng)畫(huà)史,動(dòng)畫(huà)教育史的整理,并在列舉主要?jiǎng)赢?huà)教育機(jī)構(gòu)的課程結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)下消費(fèi)時(shí)代的主題,窺探我國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)教育的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)比較與分析,試圖對(duì)我國(guó)的動(dòng)畫(huà)教育做出有益的探索。 影響動(dòng)畫(huà)教育水平的因素?zé)o非以下幾個(gè)因素:宏觀政策;師資力量;軟硬件設(shè)施;教學(xué)方法與課程結(jié)構(gòu);以及學(xué)生的自身素質(zhì)等。經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查和研究,目前制約我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段動(dòng)畫(huà)教育整體水平的主要因素是師資力量因素,以及各級(jí)動(dòng)畫(huà)教育機(jī)構(gòu)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)不完善。在國(guó)家大力扶持動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)的大背景下,動(dòng)畫(huà)教育機(jī)構(gòu)全面普及開(kāi)設(shè);動(dòng)畫(huà)教育方面的軟硬件投資也相對(duì)充足;隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外動(dòng)畫(huà)教育的互相交流的廣泛,動(dòng)畫(huà)教育的方法與課程設(shè)置的基本結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)相對(duì)趨于合理;然而面對(duì)目前我國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)水平依舊較低的現(xiàn)狀,歸根結(jié)底是動(dòng)畫(huà)教育的師資和學(xué)生素質(zhì)上出現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題。讓更多有著實(shí)際動(dòng)畫(huà)創(chuàng)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)與動(dòng)畫(huà)教育經(jīng)歷的人員進(jìn)入教育第一線,以及更好的提高學(xué)生的藝術(shù)修養(yǎng)和基本素質(zhì),才是改變現(xiàn)狀的根本所在。在此之上,宏觀的整合、優(yōu)化整體的動(dòng)畫(huà)教育機(jī)構(gòu)和資源,發(fā)揮各自獨(dú)特的教育優(yōu)勢(shì),形成堅(jiān)實(shí)的金字塔式的動(dòng)畫(huà)人才培養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),才能行之有效的提高整體的動(dòng)畫(huà)教育水平,從根本上提高我國(guó)的動(dòng)畫(huà)水平。 動(dòng)畫(huà)是一門(mén)相對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)形式,雖然隨著近幾年計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,動(dòng)畫(huà)的制作方法更加便捷,制作周期顯著縮短,但并沒(méi)有從根本上改變動(dòng)畫(huà)創(chuàng)作相對(duì)復(fù)雜的性質(zhì)。因此對(duì)于動(dòng)畫(huà)教育而言,塌下心來(lái),放慢腳步,,注重基礎(chǔ)性培養(yǎng),才能從本質(zhì)上的提高從業(yè)人員的基本素質(zhì),以此推動(dòng)我國(guó)整體動(dòng)畫(huà)水平。
[Abstract]:From the few animation education in our country to the present situation of popularizing animation education in China, animation education in China has changed dramatically in just a few years. However, the quality of animation in China, animation industry has not changed materially, but in quantity and scale has made remarkable achievements. Today, animation has become a part of mass consumption. With the development of animation related peripheral products, the commercial value of animation and animation related peripheral products is becoming more and more important. Therefore, animation education, as the main force of exporting animation talents, also needs to adjust the strategies and methods of animation education. Based on the basic theory of animation, through the collation of animation history and animation education history, and on the basis of enumerating the curriculum structure of major animation education institutions, this paper explores the current situation of animation education in China by combining the themes of the current consumption era. Through comparison and analysis, this paper tries to make a beneficial exploration of animation education in China. The factors that affect the level of animation education are as follows: macro policy; teacher force; hardware and software facilities; teaching methods and curriculum structure; and students' own quality. Through investigation and research, the main factors restricting the overall level of animation education in China at present are the factor of teachers' strength and the imperfect overall structure of animation education institutions at all levels. In the context of the state's efforts to support the animation industry, animation education institutions are fully popularized and opened; the hardware and software investment in animation education is also relatively adequate; with the extensive exchange of animation education at home and abroad, The methods of animation education and the basic structure of curriculum design have been relatively reasonable, but in the face of the fact that the level of animation is still low in our country, in the final analysis, there are problems in the quality of teachers and students in animation education. Let more people with actual animation creation experience and animation education experience into the first line of education, and better improve students' artistic accomplishment and basic quality, is the fundamental to change the status quo. On this basis, macro integration, optimization of the overall animation education institutions and resources, giving play to their respective unique educational advantages, forming a solid pyramid talent training structure, can effectively improve the overall animation education level. Fundamentally improve the level of animation in China. Animation is a relatively traditional art form, although with the rapid development of computer technology in recent years, animation production method is more convenient, production cycle is significantly shortened, But it does not fundamentally change the relatively complex nature of animation creation. Therefore, for animation education, we can improve the basic quality of practitioners in essence and promote the overall level of animation in our country by falling into our heart, slowing down our pace and paying attention to the basic training.
