文化詩學(xué)視域下伊格爾頓文本觀述評

【摘要】: 特里·伊格爾頓(Terry Eagleton,1943---)是當(dāng)代英國享有國際聲譽(yù)的西方馬克思主義文學(xué)理論家和文學(xué)批評家。他從文學(xué)是一種意識形態(tài)這一基本觀念出發(fā),,汲取了威廉斯、阿爾都塞、馬舍雷、本雅明、布萊希特等思想家的理論資源,對“意識形態(tài)”這個概念重新作了批判性闡釋,在歷史文化視野下建構(gòu)了意識形態(tài)批評理論,指出“純”文學(xué)批評只是一種學(xué)術(shù)神話。本文擬從文本的意識形態(tài)生產(chǎn)理論和政治批評實踐角度切入,在當(dāng)代“語言學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)向”和“文化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)向”語境中審視伊格爾頓,透視文化詩學(xué)視域下伊格爾頓的文本觀特色。同時將意識形態(tài)生產(chǎn)理論與文本政治批評實踐結(jié)合起來進(jìn)行雙向闡釋,從而豐富和印證伊格爾頓作為英國“新左派”的旗幟在當(dāng)今西方馬克思主義陣營里獨特的學(xué)術(shù)個性。 引言部分對伊格爾頓的學(xué)術(shù)生平、研究現(xiàn)狀、本文的研究角度及正文的研究思路作一粗線條的勾勒。正文分三部分對伊格爾頓的文本理論進(jìn)行述評。第一部分從文本科學(xué)的語言學(xué)背景、對形式主義批評和庸俗馬克思主義社會學(xué)批評的批判、創(chuàng)新審美意識形態(tài)批評等方面對伊格爾頓的文學(xué)本質(zhì)觀進(jìn)行分析和評價。第二部分主要從文本生產(chǎn)、文本的“相對獨立性”、文本實踐的價值屬性及辯證分析三個方面系統(tǒng)闡述伊格爾頓的文本理論。伊格爾頓從文本出發(fā)建構(gòu)意識形態(tài)生產(chǎn)的科學(xué)理論,提出“文本是多種意識形態(tài)的話語生產(chǎn)”的觀點。他科學(xué)論證了文本的邊界并辯證分析了文本審美意識形態(tài)價值屬性,認(rèn)為文本價值的實現(xiàn)過程是文本、讀者、批評家三者“意識形態(tài)的再生產(chǎn)”過程。第三部分為文本政治批評實踐。所擷取的三篇代表性政治批評實踐文章將空洞抽象的理論轉(zhuǎn)化為感性具體的文本,既是對其理論建樹的實際驗證,也是對有關(guān)理論問題的進(jìn)一步闡發(fā)。結(jié)語部分將簡要闡述伊格爾頓文本思想對我們當(dāng)前建構(gòu)具有民族特色的文學(xué)理論和文學(xué)批評的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Terry Eagleton (1943 -) is an internationally renowned western Marxist literary theorist and literary critic in contemporary Britain. Starting from the basic idea that literature is an ideology, he draws on the theoretical resources of such thinkers as Williams, Althusser, Marshere, Benjamin and Brecht, and reinterprets the concept of "ideology" critically. In the view of history and culture, the author constructs the theory of ideological criticism and points out that pure literary criticism is only an academic myth. From the angle of ideological production theory and political criticism practice, this paper attempts to examine Eagleton in the context of linguistic turn and cultural turn, and to see through the characteristics of Eagleton's view of text from the perspective of cultural poetics. At the same time, the theory of ideological production is combined with the practice of textual political criticism to enrich and confirm Eagleton's unique academic personality in the Western Marxist camp as the banner of the "New left" in the United Kingdom. The preface gives a rough outline of Eagleton's academic life, current research situation, research angle and research ideas of the text. The text is divided into three parts to review Eagleton's text theory. The first part analyzes and evaluates Eagleton's literary essence from the linguistic background of text science, the criticism of formalism criticism and vulgar Marxist sociological criticism, the innovation of aesthetic ideology criticism and so on. The second part mainly expounds Eagleton's text theory from three aspects: text production, text's relative independence, the value attribute of text practice and dialectical analysis. Eagleton constructs the scientific theory of ideological production from text and puts forward the view that text is the discourse production of multiple ideologies. He scientifically demonstrated the boundary of the text and dialectically analyzed the value attribute of the aesthetic ideology of the text. He thought that the realization process of the text value was the process of "ideological reproduction" among the text, the reader and the critic. The third part is the practice of text political criticism. The three representative political criticism practical articles have transformed empty and abstract theory into perceptual and concrete text, which is not only the practical verification of its theoretical achievements, but also the further elucidation of relevant theoretical issues. The conclusion will briefly explain the realistic significance of Eagleton's text thought to the construction of literary theory and literary criticism with national characteristics.
