【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我們要關(guān)注藝術(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)對(duì)整個(gè)中華民族精神文化建設(shè)的獨(dú)特作用和重要地位。我長期以來堅(jiān)持認(rèn)為,高等院校是中華民族科學(xué)文化思維的先鋒陣地,而高等藝術(shù)院校則是中華民族藝術(shù)思維的先鋒陣地。如果我們的高等藝術(shù)教育落后了,那么這個(gè)民族在思維科學(xué)上就會(huì)落后,思維科學(xué)上的落后就是哲學(xué)上的落后,一個(gè)在哲學(xué)上落后了的國家是談不上具有較強(qiáng)的文化軟實(shí)力的。我們本次召開的全國藝術(shù)學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)年會(huì)很有必要,也很有成果。在目前的藝術(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)中,雖然"不通一藝莫談藝",但也不能固守僅通一門的優(yōu)勢,而是要擴(kuò)大學(xué)術(shù)研究的視野,開闊思路,激活思維,增加自己的哲學(xué)修養(yǎng),不斷提升自身的人文科學(xué)修養(yǎng)。當(dāng)前的藝術(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)和學(xué)科設(shè)置還要進(jìn)一步完善,以彰顯中國特色。同時(shí),我們當(dāng)下的藝術(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)不要搞冒進(jìn)主義,決不能用大躍進(jìn)的辦法來搞學(xué)科建設(shè)。學(xué)科建設(shè)有自身規(guī)律,一定要日積月累,水到渠成。我們要把黨中央的十七屆六中全會(huì)所提出的號(hào)召———以高度的文化自覺和文化自信著眼于提高民族精神素質(zhì)和塑造高尚人格落實(shí)到藝術(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)的全過程當(dāng)中去。文化自覺、文化自信是非常有現(xiàn)實(shí)針對(duì)性的。文化自覺,首先要自覺地認(rèn)識(shí)和把握文化藝術(shù)在推動(dòng)人類社會(huì)發(fā)展和促進(jìn)每個(gè)人的自由而全面發(fā)展的歷史進(jìn)程中獨(dú)特的功能和作用,二要真正遵循文化藝術(shù)發(fā)展的規(guī)律。在此基礎(chǔ)上,才能真正踐行文化藝術(shù)工作者的歷史使命和時(shí)代擔(dān)當(dāng)。我們一定要團(tuán)結(jié)起來,要說真話,講真情,求真理。如果在中國的高等院校里面不能夠敞開思想探討藝術(shù)的獨(dú)特功能、把握藝術(shù)的獨(dú)特規(guī)律、承擔(dān)藝術(shù)的社會(huì)擔(dān)當(dāng),不能夠?qū)︸R克思主義的指導(dǎo)充滿自信,藝術(shù)的自強(qiáng)是很難實(shí)現(xiàn)的。我認(rèn)為,在當(dāng)前國內(nèi)高校以至藝術(shù)教育界、文化界的藝術(shù)學(xué)科建設(shè)中,應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)團(tuán)結(jié),優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ),既要有學(xué)理的思考又要聯(lián)系當(dāng)前的社會(huì)實(shí)際,就是必須要積極面對(duì)并且回答我們當(dāng)前社會(huì)中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,從而保證藝術(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)能夠健康、順利地向前發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, we should pay attention to the unique role and important position of the subject construction of art to the spiritual and cultural construction of the whole Chinese nation. For a long time, I have insisted that colleges and universities are the vanguard of the scientific and cultural thinking of the Chinese nation, while the higher art colleges are the vanguard of the Chinese artistic thinking. If our higher art education lags behind, then this nation will lag behind in thinking science, thinking science backwardness is philosophy backwardness, a country with philosophical backwardness is not able to have strong cultural soft power. Our annual meeting of the National Academy of Art is necessary and fruitful. In the present construction of the subject of art, although it is not possible to talk about art without a single skill, we should not stick to the advantage of only one subject. Instead, we should expand the horizons of academic research, broaden our thinking, activate our thinking, and increase our own philosophical cultivation. Constantly improve their own humanities culture. The current art subject construction and discipline setup should be further improved to highlight Chinese characteristics. At the same time, we should not make bold progress in the construction of the subject of art, nor should we do so by the way of the Great Leap forward. Discipline construction has its own laws, must be accumulated day by day, natural. We should focus on improving the national spiritual quality and shaping the noble personality in the whole process of the construction of the subject of art with the call of the sixth Plenary session of the 17th Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee-with a high degree of cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence. Cultural self-consciousness, cultural self-confidence is very realistic pertinence. Cultural consciousness, first of all, must consciously understand and grasp the unique function and role of culture and art in the historical process of promoting the development of human society and promoting the free and all-round development of everyone, and, second, truly follow the law of cultural and artistic development. On this basis, we can truly practice the historical mission and era of cultural and artistic workers. We must unite to speak the truth, tell the truth and seek truth. If we cannot open our minds to explore the unique functions of art, grasp the unique laws of art, and undertake the social responsibility of art, we cannot be confident in the guidance of Marxism. It is difficult to realize the self-improvement of art. In my opinion, in the current construction of art disciplines in domestic universities and even in the field of art education and culture, we should strengthen unity and complement each other's strengths. We should not only have theoretical thinking but also connect with the current social reality. It is necessary to actively face and answer the practical problems in our current society so as to ensure the healthy and smooth development of the subject of art.
