【摘要】：新常態(tài)下保護(hù)和傳承民間藝術(shù)和發(fā)展民間文化遺產(chǎn)是擺在每個人面前的重大課題。第一,打好政府主導(dǎo)和社會參與兩張牌,以營造民間藝術(shù)保護(hù)工作的良好氛圍;第二,把握抓好傳承和抓好創(chuàng)新兩個環(huán)節(jié),以扎實(shí)推進(jìn)民間藝術(shù)保護(hù)工作;第三,注重松散與緊密相結(jié)合,注重求精品與創(chuàng)品牌相結(jié)合,以促進(jìn)民間藝術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化運(yùn)作。
[Abstract]:Protecting and inheriting folk art and developing folk cultural heritage under the new normal is an important task for everyone. First, to play the two cards of government leading and social participation in order to create a good atmosphere for the protection of folk art; second, to grasp the two links of inheritance and innovation in order to promote the protection of folk art in a down-to-earth manner; and third, To promote the industrialization of folk art, we should pay attention to the combination of looseness and closeness, and the combination of boutique and brand creation.
