【摘要】：文學(xué)翻譯是一項(xiàng)語際語言藝術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換的活動。傳統(tǒng)的翻譯研究對創(chuàng)造性叛逆持否定態(tài)度，認(rèn)為譯者在翻譯過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)把創(chuàng)造性降到最低，從而最大限度的忠實(shí)于原文。1971年凱瑟琳·賴斯在Possibilities and Limitations in TranslationCriticism一文中首先提出了功能翻譯理論的雛形，認(rèn)為“譯文所要實(shí)現(xiàn)的目的或功能不同于原文的目的或功能，在這種情況下，譯者應(yīng)該根據(jù)翻譯要求優(yōu)先考慮譯文的功能特征而不是對等原則�！保ㄖZ德，2005：12）賴斯的學(xué)生漢斯·弗米爾進(jìn)一步擺脫以源語為中心的“等值論”的束縛，創(chuàng)立了功能派的奠基理論即翻譯目的論。這一理論無疑為研究譯者創(chuàng)造性叛逆提供了新的理論視角。 本文嘗試將功能翻譯理論應(yīng)用于文學(xué)翻譯中，探討譯者的創(chuàng)造性叛逆在文學(xué)翻譯過程中的必要性，，并以功能目的論的規(guī)則作為衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文首先陳述翻譯原文的內(nèi)容特點(diǎn)及風(fēng)格等相關(guān)的背景知識。這一部分可以說是譯者在進(jìn)行翻譯的第一步，在翻譯過程中，譯者首先必須充分尊重原文對原文負(fù)責(zé)。第二部分主要陳述功能目的論、創(chuàng)造性叛逆等相關(guān)理論。這些理論在翻譯實(shí)踐中是必不可少的。最后以《窈窕瘋?cè)嗽骸贩g實(shí)踐中的相關(guān)例子去論證譯者的創(chuàng)造性叛逆的必要性�？偠灾�，譯者在翻譯過程中必須首先充分的尊重原文及原文作者所要表達(dá)的觀點(diǎn)，進(jìn)而在保證原文意思的基礎(chǔ)上充分發(fā)揮譯者的創(chuàng)造性叛逆，為文學(xué)作品注入新鮮的血液。
[Abstract]:Literary translation is an activity of interlingual language art conversion. Traditional translation studies take a negative attitude towards creative treason and argue that translators should minimize their creativity in the process of translation. In 1971, Catherine Rice first put forward the prototype of functional translation theory in her paper Possibilities and Limitations in TranslationCriticism, and thought that "the purpose or function of the target text is different from the purpose or function of the original text." In this case, the translator should give priority to the functional characteristics of the translation rather than the principle of equivalence. " Hans Vermeer, a student of Rice, got rid of the "equivalence theory" centered on the source language and founded the functionalist theory of translation Skopos. This theory undoubtedly provides a new theoretical perspective for the study of creative treason of translators. This paper attempts to apply functional translation theory to literary translation, to explore the necessity of creative treason in literary translation, and to use the rules of functional Skopos as the yardstick. This paper first describes the characteristics and style of the original text translation and other relevant background knowledge. This part can be said to be the first step in translation. In the process of translation, the translator must fully respect the responsibility of the original text. The second part mainly describes the functional teleology, creative treason and other related theories. These theories are essential in translation practice. Finally, some examples in translation practice are used to demonstrate the necessity of the translator's creative treason. In short, in the process of translation, the translator must first fully respect the original text and the views expressed by the author of the original text, and then give full play to the translator's creative treason on the basis of guaranteeing the meaning of the original text, and inject fresh blood into the literary works.
