山東傳統(tǒng)織機(jī)造物文化探究

【摘要】:山東民間土織布曾是維系傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村生活的重要內(nèi)容,是我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)自然經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)生活方式下的產(chǎn)物。作為民間土織布的主要生產(chǎn)工具,它是研究我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)紡織文化的重要實(shí)物載體,其結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,操作工藝繁瑣,不僅富有傳統(tǒng)物理機(jī)械原理及工藝技巧等技術(shù)內(nèi)容,還蘊(yùn)含了更廣范的生產(chǎn)、生活方式以及傳統(tǒng)人文思想等文化內(nèi)涵。 本文以費(fèi)孝通先生“文化自覺”的相關(guān)概念為指導(dǎo),依循由客觀梳理到主觀思考的邏輯關(guān)系,從自然行為與技術(shù)角度分析山東傳統(tǒng)紡織行為的構(gòu)成,由此得出自然環(huán)境與文化生態(tài)共同構(gòu)建了山東紡織文化的內(nèi)容。 通過對(duì)史料的考究,確定了山東傳統(tǒng)織機(jī)“原始腰機(jī)→雙軸織機(jī)→斜織機(jī)→臥機(jī)→互動(dòng)式綜躡機(jī)→提花機(jī)→互動(dòng)式綜躡機(jī)”的演變過程,并各具特征。對(duì)目前存在的山東傳統(tǒng)互動(dòng)式蹤顳機(jī),從工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)功能等角度分析,并結(jié)合實(shí)地考察及與古代織機(jī)史料的橫向比對(duì),確定每個(gè)構(gòu)件的名稱與功能特征。 織機(jī)作為傳統(tǒng)紡織文化的載體,對(duì)它的研究不能停留在工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)功能、形制演化等的梳理階段。從山東傳統(tǒng)織機(jī)形制演變中得出,基于與墨家“實(shí)利觀”近同的造物觀念,山東地區(qū)普遍采用了更為實(shí)用的樸素織機(jī)而放棄了復(fù)雜的提花織機(jī)。山東傳統(tǒng)織機(jī)外形無裝飾特征,但在紡織生產(chǎn)環(huán)境中又別具空間裝飾性,生產(chǎn)過程也富有運(yùn)動(dòng)美感。樸素的織機(jī)能產(chǎn)出極具形式美感的織布,,而織布的造型特征則是審美意識(shí)、造型觀念的物化。
[Abstract]:Shandong Folk soil Weaving was an important content to maintain the traditional rural life and the product of the traditional natural economic and social way of life in our country. It is the main production tool of the Folk soil Weaving. It is an important physical carrier to study the traditional textile culture of our country, its structure is complex, the operation craft is complicated, not only is rich in the traditional physics mechanism principle and the craft skill and so on technical content, also has contained the wider norm production. Life style and traditional humanistic thoughts and other cultural connotations. Under the guidance of the concept of "cultural consciousness" of Mr. Fei Xiaotong, this paper analyzes the composition of Shandong traditional textile behavior from the angle of natural behavior and technology according to the logical relationship from objective combing to subjective thinking. From this, the natural environment and cultural ecology together construct the content of Shandong textile culture. Through the study of historical materials, the original waist machine of Shandong traditional loom is determined. 鈫払iaxial loom. 鈫扥blique loom. 鈫扡ying machine. 鈫捍nteractive tiptoe. 鈫扟acquard machine. 鈫扵he evolution process of interactive tiptoe is analyzed from the aspects of working principle, structure and function of the traditional interactive temporal tracer in Shandong Province. The names and functional characteristics of each component are determined by field investigation and horizontal comparison with the historical materials of ancient looms. As the carrier of traditional textile culture, the study of loom can not stay in the carding stage of working principle, structure function, shape evolution and so on. Based on the concept of creation which is close to the Mohist's "view of substance and profit", the more practical plain loom is widely used in Shandong area and the complicated jacquard loom is abandoned. The shape of traditional loom in Shandong has no decorative features. However, in the textile production environment, there is a special space decoration, the production process is also rich in the aesthetic sense of movement. Simple weaving function produces a very formal aesthetic sense of weaving, and the shape of weaving is characterized by aesthetic consciousness. The materialization of the concept of modeling.
