【摘要】： 題目,是畫(huà)龍點(diǎn)睛的神來(lái)之筆,是提綱挈領(lǐng)的綜述概要。 文學(xué)作品,是在時(shí)光中自如穿梭的傳世珍寶,是在國(guó)疆外也分外耀眼的共同財(cái)富。 古語(yǔ)說(shuō):“題好文一半”,誠(chéng)然,文的價(jià)值并非由其題所決定,但后者舉足輕重的地位卻是毋庸置疑的。一部作品題目的翻譯,無(wú)論是對(duì)于讀者、作品、還是譯介本身都是至關(guān)重要的。今天,文學(xué)作品正被大量翻譯,而文學(xué)作品題目的翻譯卻依然是個(gè)乏人問(wèn)津的研究領(lǐng)域。本著“視人所未見(jiàn),為人所未為”的宗旨,本論文的選題就此確立。 不過(guò),本論文的目的不是對(duì)各題目的翻譯做孰優(yōu)孰劣的評(píng)判,而是想探究那些譯者們嘔心瀝血后,或功成名就、或貽笑大方的來(lái)龍去脈,因果究竟。所以本論文從研究文學(xué)作品的題目入手,以“是什么”、“為什么”、“怎么樣”這三個(gè)基本問(wèn)題為指引,尋求對(duì)題目的全面了解;繼而探索題目翻譯的原則,不僅從語(yǔ)言和文化兩個(gè)方面梳理活躍在題目翻譯中的因素,更從理解到表達(dá)兩個(gè)步驟研究如何滿足各因素;最后再探討可行的題目翻譯方法及其適用范圍。共分三章層層深入,提出拙見(jiàn),拋磚引玉。 翻譯,是本邦文化開(kāi)在異域的稀世奇葩,是異國(guó)精華入鄉(xiāng)隨俗的千古絕唱。 而翻譯文學(xué)作品的題目,是在片言只語(yǔ)里彰顯學(xué)識(shí)與智慧,在方寸頃刻間承擔(dān)起成王敗寇的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 親愛(ài)的讀者,但愿我黑暗中摸索的手指亦能彈撥出您心中珍貴的共鳴!
[Abstract]:Title, is the finishing-point of the masterstroke, is the outline of the summary. Literature is a treasure which can travel freely in time. It is also a dazzling common wealth outside China and Xinjiang. It is true that the value of a text is not determined by its subject, but the latter's important position is beyond doubt. The translation of the title of a work, whether for the reader or the work, is beyond doubt. Today, literary works are being translated in large numbers, while the translation of literary titles is still a neglected field of study. The purpose of this thesis is to establish this topic. However, the purpose of this thesis is not to judge the translation of each topic, but to explore the successful outcome of the translators, or to make a fool of themselves. Therefore, this paper starts with the research of the title of literary works, taking "what is", "why" and "how" as the guide to seek a comprehensive understanding of the topic; Then it explores the principles of topic translation, not only combing the factors active in topic translation from two aspects of language and culture, but also studying how to satisfy each factor from the two steps of understanding and expression. Finally, it discusses the feasible methods of topic translation and its scope of application. Translation is a rare and exotic work of our own culture. It is the quintessence of a foreign country to follow the local custom. The title of translating literary works is to show knowledge and wisdom in a single word, and to bear the risk of becoming a king in an instant.
