我國青少年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手賽前技術(shù)訓(xùn)練的研究

【摘要】:體育舞蹈賽前訓(xùn)練的目的在于將選手已具有的能力通過賽前集中訓(xùn)練調(diào)動和表現(xiàn)出來。體育舞蹈選手獲得最佳競技成績與科學(xué)的賽前訓(xùn)練是密不可分的,在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞訓(xùn)練方面,國內(nèi)外有關(guān)標(biāo)的研究相對較少,目前關(guān)于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞研究也大多數(shù)集中在賽事項目推廣、技術(shù)功能開發(fā)以及教育教學(xué)的探索上,許多專家在實踐中探索了很多有效的訓(xùn)練方法,但研究方向相對狹窄有待進一步拓展。隨著國內(nèi)外體育舞蹈賽事的增多,促進了我國體育舞蹈技術(shù)國際化的發(fā)展,為了選手能夠在重大比賽中取得優(yōu)異成績,體育舞蹈賽前訓(xùn)練計劃的制定、訓(xùn)練手段的實施是具有現(xiàn)實意義,但對于體育舞蹈選手的賽前技術(shù)訓(xùn)練研究相對薄弱,尚未見到有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞賽前技術(shù)訓(xùn)練方案和訓(xùn)練指導(dǎo)體系,而本研究目的便立足于此。因此,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞賽前技術(shù)訓(xùn)練方案的推進對我國體育舞蹈理論與訓(xùn)練相結(jié)合的實踐研究奠定基礎(chǔ),為我國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手賽前服務(wù)提供可靠依據(jù)。本文通過文獻資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法等方法,主要運用實驗法,以北京舞韻舞蹈藝術(shù)學(xué)校5對青少年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手作為實驗對象,按照系統(tǒng)的科學(xué)的青少年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞賽前技術(shù)訓(xùn)練方案進行賽前訓(xùn)練,對比試驗前后專家技術(shù)測評分數(shù)以及參賽成績得出以下結(jié)論。1.青少年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞賽前技術(shù)訓(xùn)練指標(biāo)主要包括基本技術(shù)、難點動作、競技組合、藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力。2.青少年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞賽前技術(shù)訓(xùn)練二級指標(biāo)主要包括姿勢、握持、中心、平衡、身體動作、軸轉(zhuǎn)和連續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)、時值、節(jié)奏、時間和空間、一致性、能量運用、雙人配合、熟練性與流暢性、模擬、超組合負荷,共計15個指標(biāo)。3.青少年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞賽前技術(shù)訓(xùn)練負荷安排方面,四周訓(xùn)練負荷安排為:第一周中負荷,第二周大負荷,第三周最大負荷,第四周中負荷。4.青少年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞賽前技術(shù)訓(xùn)練周期應(yīng)該持續(xù)安排四周為佳,周安排次數(shù)以6次/周為主,每次持續(xù)時間為90分鐘/次。5.通過嚴格執(zhí)行四周的青少年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞賽前技術(shù)訓(xùn)練方案,對比訓(xùn)練前后技術(shù)測評分數(shù),北京舞韻舞蹈藝術(shù)學(xué)校5對青少年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選手技術(shù)質(zhì)量和配合技巧均有顯著性差異,編舞和表演展示以及總成績都均有非常顯著性差異。證明訓(xùn)練方案能促進了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手的運動技能,青少年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手的技術(shù)得到了提高和完善。6.通過實施四周系統(tǒng)的賽前訓(xùn)練方案,5對選手在鄭州站的中國體育舞蹈公開賽上有所突破并取得了優(yōu)異的成績。訓(xùn)練方案能促進標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手形成最佳競技狀態(tài),對選手成績的提高具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The purpose of pre-competition training of dance is to transfer and show the ability of players through pre-competition concentrated training. The best performance of sports dancers is closely related to scientific pre-competition training. In the aspect of standard dance training, there is relatively little research on the standard dance at home and abroad. At present, most of the research on standard dance is also focused on the promotion of events. In the development of technical function and the exploration of education and teaching, many experts have explored many effective training methods in practice, but the research direction is relatively narrow and needs to be further expanded. With the increase of sports dance events at home and abroad, it has promoted the development of the internationalization of sports dance technology in China. In order for the contestants to obtain excellent results in major competitions, the pre-competition training plan of sports dance has been formulated. The implementation of training means is of practical significance, but the research on pre-competition technical training of sports dancers is relatively weak, and there is no related standard dance pre-competition technical training program and training guidance system, and the purpose of this study is based on this. Therefore, the advance of the standard dance pre-competition technical training program lays a foundation for the practical research of the combination of sports dance theory and training in China, and provides a reliable basis for the pre-competition service of the Chinese standard dance players. Through the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and so on, this paper mainly uses the experimental method, taking 5 pairs of young standard dancers in Beijing Dance rhyme Dance Art School as the experimental objects. According to the systematic and scientific pre-competition technical training program for teenagers, the following conclusions are drawn by comparing the scores of the experts before and after the test and the results of the competition. 1. Young people standard dance pre-competition technical training indicators mainly include basic skills, difficult movements, competitive combination, artistic expression. 2. The secondary indicators of pre-competition technical training for teenagers mainly include posture, grip, center, balance, body movement, axis rotation and continuous rotation, time value, rhythm, time and space, consistency, energy use, double cooperation, Proficiency and fluency, simulation, overloading, a total of 15 indicators. 3. As for the arrangement of the technical training load of the teenagers' standard dance before the competition, the four-week training load was arranged as follows: the first week load, the second week heavy load, the third week maximum load, the fourth week middle load. The technical training cycle of standard dance for teenagers should be arranged continuously for four weeks, with 6 times per week and 90 minutes per time per week. By strictly implementing the pre-competition technical training program for four weeks and comparing the scores of technical evaluation before and after the training, there are significant differences in the technical quality and coordination skills of the young standard contestants in Beijing Dance School. There are significant differences in choreographer and performance display as well as total achievement. It is proved that the training program can promote the athletic skills of the standard dancers, and the skills of the young standard dancers have been improved and perfected. 6. 6. Through the implementation of the four-week system of pre-competition training program, 5 pairs of athletes in Zhengzhou Station in the China Sports Dance Open has made a breakthrough and achieved excellent results. The training scheme can promote the standard dancers to form the best competitive state, and it is of great significance to improve the performance of the players.
