我國青少年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手賽前技術(shù)訓(xùn)練的研究
[Abstract]:The purpose of pre-competition training of dance is to transfer and show the ability of players through pre-competition concentrated training. The best performance of sports dancers is closely related to scientific pre-competition training. In the aspect of standard dance training, there is relatively little research on the standard dance at home and abroad. At present, most of the research on standard dance is also focused on the promotion of events. In the development of technical function and the exploration of education and teaching, many experts have explored many effective training methods in practice, but the research direction is relatively narrow and needs to be further expanded. With the increase of sports dance events at home and abroad, it has promoted the development of the internationalization of sports dance technology in China. In order for the contestants to obtain excellent results in major competitions, the pre-competition training plan of sports dance has been formulated. The implementation of training means is of practical significance, but the research on pre-competition technical training of sports dancers is relatively weak, and there is no related standard dance pre-competition technical training program and training guidance system, and the purpose of this study is based on this. Therefore, the advance of the standard dance pre-competition technical training program lays a foundation for the practical research of the combination of sports dance theory and training in China, and provides a reliable basis for the pre-competition service of the Chinese standard dance players. Through the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and so on, this paper mainly uses the experimental method, taking 5 pairs of young standard dancers in Beijing Dance rhyme Dance Art School as the experimental objects. According to the systematic and scientific pre-competition technical training program for teenagers, the following conclusions are drawn by comparing the scores of the experts before and after the test and the results of the competition. 1. Young people standard dance pre-competition technical training indicators mainly include basic skills, difficult movements, competitive combination, artistic expression. 2. The secondary indicators of pre-competition technical training for teenagers mainly include posture, grip, center, balance, body movement, axis rotation and continuous rotation, time value, rhythm, time and space, consistency, energy use, double cooperation, Proficiency and fluency, simulation, overloading, a total of 15 indicators. 3. As for the arrangement of the technical training load of the teenagers' standard dance before the competition, the four-week training load was arranged as follows: the first week load, the second week heavy load, the third week maximum load, the fourth week middle load. The technical training cycle of standard dance for teenagers should be arranged continuously for four weeks, with 6 times per week and 90 minutes per time per week. By strictly implementing the pre-competition technical training program for four weeks and comparing the scores of technical evaluation before and after the training, there are significant differences in the technical quality and coordination skills of the young standard contestants in Beijing Dance School. There are significant differences in choreographer and performance display as well as total achievement. It is proved that the training program can promote the athletic skills of the standard dancers, and the skills of the young standard dancers have been improved and perfected. 6. 6. Through the implementation of the four-week system of pre-competition training program, 5 pairs of athletes in Zhengzhou Station in the China Sports Dance Open has made a breakthrough and achieved excellent results. The training scheme can promote the standard dancers to form the best competitive state, and it is of great significance to improve the performance of the players.
