競技北獅運(yùn)動(dòng)自選套路創(chuàng)編的研究

【摘要】：舞獅運(yùn)動(dòng)是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)體育活動(dòng),具有濃郁的民族特色和悠久的歷史文化背景,深受炎黃子孫的喜愛,為了推動(dòng)北獅運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展,國際龍獅運(yùn)動(dòng)總會(huì)采取多種形式和辦法,有計(jì)劃、有步驟的積極開展北獅的比賽和活動(dòng)。在競技北獅運(yùn)動(dòng)比賽項(xiàng)目中,最受關(guān)注、競爭力最大的項(xiàng)目則是北獅自選套路,該套路具有觀賞性高、競技性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)如今北獅自選套路正朝著“高、難、新、美”的道路發(fā)展,但是在發(fā)展的同時(shí)卻也看到了不足的地方,比如套路主題不明確、風(fēng)格不突出、編排不合理、音樂配合不到位等問題。通過查閱文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),關(guān)于競技北獅自選套路創(chuàng)編的論文、期刊也相對(duì)較少,因此,很有必要制定出一套符合競技北獅自選套路創(chuàng)編的科學(xué)理論依據(jù),推動(dòng)競技北獅運(yùn)動(dòng)的國際化發(fā)展道路。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、實(shí)踐觀察法、錄像觀察法、邏輯分析法并結(jié)合相關(guān)的理論研究,總結(jié)出競技北獅運(yùn)動(dòng)的技術(shù)風(fēng)格特點(diǎn),通過觀看比賽視頻,實(shí)地考察北獅隊(duì)伍的訓(xùn)練,分析套路創(chuàng)編各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的要素、重點(diǎn),探討出符合北獅風(fēng)格特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展規(guī)律的一套創(chuàng)編體系。研究表明：1.套路的創(chuàng)編要依據(jù)北獅的競賽規(guī)則、北獅風(fēng)格特點(diǎn)、運(yùn)動(dòng)員特點(diǎn)、美學(xué)原理、國際競技北獅運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展趨勢來進(jìn)行一系列創(chuàng)編內(nèi)容的確立。2.套路的創(chuàng)編要在創(chuàng)新性原則、科學(xué)性原則、競技性原則、針對(duì)性原則和整體性原則的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行,充分運(yùn)用整體法、分解法、移植法、派生法和組合法來進(jìn)行動(dòng)作創(chuàng)編,突出主題情節(jié)演練和藝術(shù)演練。3.競技北獅自選套路創(chuàng)編的要素主要包括基本動(dòng)作技術(shù)、動(dòng)作組合要素、音樂要素、主題要素、空間布局要素和運(yùn)動(dòng)員要素。4.套路創(chuàng)編的步驟分為準(zhǔn)備階段、實(shí)施階段和檢驗(yàn)階段,通過每個(gè)階段的實(shí)踐,逐步的完善整套動(dòng)作。5.競技北獅自選套路的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)應(yīng)當(dāng)從動(dòng)作技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、動(dòng)作組合創(chuàng)新、音樂形式創(chuàng)新和主題多元化的創(chuàng)新入手,要敢于嘗試、突破,從不同的角度去觀察、分析,從而創(chuàng)造出獨(dú)特、新穎的技術(shù)動(dòng)作。為了使競技北獅運(yùn)動(dòng)自選套路的發(fā)展更加規(guī)范合理,要重視北獅的理論和實(shí)踐研究,增加北獅書籍、論文的出版,還要加強(qiáng)理論的學(xué)習(xí),注重傳統(tǒng)北獅的風(fēng)格,要多看一些美學(xué)方面的書籍,提高自身的藝術(shù)修養(yǎng),多聽一些音樂,豐富音樂細(xì)胞,從而創(chuàng)編出一套高水平、高質(zhì)量符合觀眾需求的北獅自選套路。
[Abstract]:Lion dance is a traditional sports activity of the Chinese nation, with rich national characteristics and a long historical and cultural background, deeply loved by the descendants of the Chinese people. In order to promote the development of the Northern Lion Movement, the International Association of Dragon and Lion Sports has adopted various forms and methods. Plan, step by step, actively carry out the North Lion's competitions and activities. In the competitive North Lion competition, the most attention and the most competitive is the North Lion optional routine, which has the characteristics of high appreciation and strong competition. Through research, it is found that the North Lion's optional routine is developing along the road of "high, difficult, new and beautiful," but at the same time, it also sees some shortcomings, such as the lack of clarity of the theme of the routine, the lack of outstanding style, and the unreasonable arrangement of the routine. Music coordination is not in place and so on. By consulting the literature, it is found that there are relatively few journals on the creation of competitive North Lion's optional routine. Therefore, it is necessary to work out a set of scientific theoretical basis for the creation of competitive North Lion's optional routine. To promote the international development of competitive North Lion. This paper adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, practical observation, video observation, logic analysis and related theoretical research, summarizes the technical style characteristics of competitive North Lion, and through watching the game video, This paper investigates the training of the North Lion team on the spot, analyzes the elements of each link of the routine creation, and probes into a set of creation system which accords with the style characteristics and the development law of the Northern Lion. The results show that: 1. The creation of the routine should be based on the competition rules of the North Lion, the style of the Northern Lion, the characteristics of the athletes, the aesthetic principle and the development trend of the international competitive North Lion. 2. Under the guidance of innovative principle, scientific principle, competitive principle, pertinence principle and integrity principle, the creation of routines should be carried out under the guidance of the whole method, decomposition method, transplant method, derivation method and combination method. Highlight theme and plot drills and artistic drills. 3. The main elements of competitive North Lion's optional routine include basic action technique, movement combination factor, music element, theme element, spatial layout factor and athlete element. 4. The steps of routine creation are divided into preparation stage, implementation stage and test stage. Through the practice of each stage, the whole set of actions is gradually perfected. 5. The innovation point of competitive North Lion's optional routine should start with the innovation of action technology, movement combination, music form and theme diversification, and should dare to try, break through, observe and analyze from different angles, so as to create unique. In order to make the development of competitive North Lion's optional routine more standardized and reasonable, it is necessary to attach importance to the theoretical and practical study of the Northern Lion, to increase the publication of the Beishi Books and papers, and also to strengthen the study of the theory and pay attention to the style of the traditional North Lion. We should read more books on aesthetics, improve our artistic cultivation, listen to more music, enrich musical cells, and create a set of high level, high quality Beishi optional routines that meet the needs of the audience.
