彈力帶訓練對提高兒童舞蹈能力的實驗研究
[Abstract]:Children's dance ability refers to children's physical ability in practice and performance, which is different from normal state, and it is the embodiment of children's mastering dance technical skills. Children's good dance ability depends on the improvement of their own dance skills and their own physical quality. Good physical fitness is the basis of dance ability, dance ability is the external performance of physical fitness. Because of the characteristics of children's physical and mental development, in the process of learning dance, children often do not understand the movement techniques, can not accurately master the dance movements and technical essentials, poor physical quality and so on. In view of this situation, We introduce the elastic band training method. Compared with the traditional instrument training, the elastic band training has lower intensity, more controllable training process and higher safety coefficient. The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of elastic band training on children's dance ability and physical quality. Latin dance has higher requirements for children's physique and physical quality. In the primary stage of learning dance, the problem of shape should be solved first, then the practice of gait combination routine should be carried out. In this paper, the use of elastic band was designed in the aspects of head, hand, hip, leg and foot, and the influence of elastic band training on physical quality and children's dance ability was investigated. A four-month training experiment was conducted in Minfang Dance training Hall of Dongguan City from March to June 2016. In this paper, the literature method, investigation method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis method as the research method, step by step empirical research, so as to draw the following conclusions: 1. The experiment shows that the introduction of elastic band exercises into children's dance has a positive effect on the development of children's physical quality. After the experiment, the two groups of subjects have improved their physical quality. Although the control group without elastic band training improved significantly after the experiment, the experimental group with elastic band training improved more significantly, mainly reflected in the ability to effectively exercise children's upper limb strength, sensitivity and endurance. The experiment shows that the introduction of elastic band exercises into children's dance has a positive effect on the development of children's action posture. After the experiment, the two groups of subjects have improved in the aspect of action posture. Although the control group without elastic band training improved significantly after the experiment, the experimental group introduced elastic band training improved more significantly, mainly reflected in the ability to effectively strengthen the frame type and the whole body feeling. 3. The experiment shows that the introduction of elastic band exercises into children's dance has a positive effect on the development of children's music recognition ability. After the experiment, the two groups of subjects have improved their music recognition ability. Although the control group without elastic band training also significantly improved after the experiment, the experimental group with elastic band training improved more significantly, mainly reflected in the ability to effectively strengthen the music and the time of the foot exercise. 4. The experiment shows that the introduction of elastic band exercises into children's dance has a positive effect on the development of children's technical ability. After the experiment, the two groups of subjects have improved their technical ability. Although the control group that did not introduce the elastic band training improved significantly after the experiment, the experimental group that introduced the elastic band training improved more significantly, mainly reflected in the effective strengthening of the relationship between the main leg and the dynamic leg, and physical confrontation.
