【摘要】：湖北民間舞蹈撒葉兒嗬、肉連響、來鳳擺手舞是國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),是湖北省民間舞蹈的優(yōu)秀代表。這些湖北土家特色舞蹈作為一個(gè)重要的載體,為民族凝聚力和創(chuàng)造力提供了強(qiáng)大支撐,為建設(shè)中華民族共有的精神家園起到了至關(guān)重要的作用,為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大的中國夢提供了強(qiáng)大的精神動(dòng)力,但是目前其傳承和推廣遇到了新的困難和挑戰(zhàn),其原因是多方面的。其一,愿意學(xué)習(xí)這些民間舞蹈且以此為謀生手段的年輕人很少;其二,現(xiàn)在傳承非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的老藝人絕大部分觀念落后、難以獨(dú)立完成非物質(zhì)文化傳承的重大任務(wù);其三,在商業(yè)利益驅(qū)使下,非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的民族舞蹈文化被過度開發(fā),破壞了原有文化的本原風(fēng)貌和底蘊(yùn),扭曲了非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的初衷;其四,政府對非物質(zhì)文化的經(jīng)濟(jì)投入、保護(hù)法律法規(guī)制定還存在不足。這些珍貴的民間非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)已面臨斷代與失傳的危險(xiǎn)。本文通過對湖北省土家族特色民間舞蹈的傳承狀況進(jìn)行了深入的調(diào)研和訪談,對土家族特色民間舞蹈的社會地位與價(jià)值,以及傳承與推廣遇到的問題進(jìn)行了深入分析,探析了土家族特色民間舞蹈的傳承與推廣的方法。本文認(rèn)為,為傳承和推廣這些國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)類民間舞蹈,可以采取以下辦法:其一,引導(dǎo)民族民間舞蹈在民眾的自娛性活動(dòng)中傳承;其二,聘請傳承人進(jìn)學(xué)校當(dāng)兼職老師,將民族民間舞蹈融入校園文化;其三,將土家民間舞蹈傳承人請進(jìn)城市文藝團(tuán)體;其四,多渠道引導(dǎo)當(dāng)?shù)孛癖娬J(rèn)識并重視保護(hù)湖北土家民間舞蹈。其五,建立完善的非遺傳承機(jī)制,加大政府資金投入;其六,積極參加世界各大有影響力的藝術(shù)交流活動(dòng),將我們的非遺精品帶出國門。
[Abstract]:Hubei folk dance Saye-er-ho, even the sound of meat, come-feng hand dance is a national intangible cultural heritage, Hubei folk dance is an excellent representative. As an important carrier, these Hubei Tujia characteristic dances provide strong support for national cohesion and creativity, and play a vital role in building the spiritual homeland shared by the Chinese nation. Chinese Dream, the great Chinese nation, has provided a powerful spiritual power, but its inheritance and promotion has encountered new difficulties and challenges, for many reasons. First, very few young people are willing to learn these folk dances as a means of earning their living; second, most of the old artists who inherit the intangible cultural heritage now have backward ideas and are unable to carry out the major task of immaterial cultural inheritance independently. Driven by commercial interests, the folk dance culture of the intangible cultural heritage has been over-exploited, which has destroyed the original style and inside information of the original culture and distorted the original intention of the intangible cultural heritage; fourthly, the government has invested in the economic investment of the intangible culture. There are still shortcomings in the formulation of laws and regulations for protection. These precious folk intangible cultural heritage has been faced with the risk of dynasties and loss. Through the in-depth investigation and interview on the inheritance of the Tujia folk dance in Hubei Province, this paper analyzes the social status and value of the Tujia folk dance and the problems encountered in its inheritance and promotion. This paper probes into the methods of inheriting and popularizing the folk dance with Tujia characteristics. In this paper, in order to inherit and popularize these national intangible cultural heritage folk dance, we can take the following measures: first, guide the folk dance to pass on in the people's self-entertainment activities; second, Invite the inheritors to join the school as part-time teachers to integrate folk dance into the campus culture; third, invite the inheritors of Tujia folk dance into the urban literary and artistic organizations; fourth, Multiple channels to guide local people to understand and attach importance to the protection of Hubei Tujia folk dance. Fifth, establish a perfect inheritance mechanism, increase government investment; sixthly, take an active part in the art exchange activities with great influence in the world, and bring our non-legacy fine products out of the country.
