【摘要】：本研究以自組織理論為理論基礎(chǔ),采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、田野調(diào)查法、輔之以半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談等方法,以福州市倉(cāng)山區(qū)“NTD激情廣場(chǎng)”廣場(chǎng)舞自組織為案例,對(duì)廣場(chǎng)舞自組織生存過(guò)程中的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素、運(yùn)行機(jī)制、內(nèi)外“漲落”因素及其與社區(qū)體育組織治理間存在的關(guān)系及效應(yīng)進(jìn)行解析,研究認(rèn)為:“趣緣結(jié)構(gòu)下的組織認(rèn)同”內(nèi)因驅(qū)動(dòng)、“單位—社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)變化”的外因驅(qū)動(dòng)以及“充分開(kāi)放”的循環(huán)驅(qū)動(dòng)聯(lián)合作用下,廣場(chǎng)舞自組織通過(guò)互動(dòng)、合作產(chǎn)生了相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的時(shí)間結(jié)構(gòu)、空間結(jié)構(gòu)和功能結(jié)構(gòu),從無(wú)序到有序再到無(wú)序,經(jīng)過(guò)“漲落”呈現(xiàn)出組織形式的“偶聚性”、組織結(jié)構(gòu)的“偏平聚散性”等特點(diǎn),直觀表現(xiàn)為組織鏈接孱弱、文化缺乏共鳴等。由此分別以引發(fā)組織內(nèi)外部系統(tǒng)的漲落因素分析為基底,提出了變通發(fā)揮政府管理效應(yīng)、加強(qiáng)社區(qū)體育資源整合效應(yīng)、加強(qiáng)組織文化“輳合力”發(fā)揮其引導(dǎo)效應(yīng)的舉措,旨在為今后的社區(qū)體育組織治理提供可參考的管理范式和理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of self-organization, this study adopts the method of questionnaire, field investigation and semi-structure interview, and takes the self-organization of "NTD Passion Square" in Cangshan District of Fuzhou as a case study. This paper analyzes the driving factors, the operating mechanism, the internal and external "fluctuation" factors and the relationship and effect between the square dance self-organization survival process and the governance of community sports organizations. The results show that: "organizational identity" driven by internal factors, "unit-community structure change" driven by external factors and "fully open" cycle drive, square dance self-organization through interaction, Cooperation has produced relatively stable time structure, spatial structure and functional structure, from disorder to order to disorder, through "fluctuation" showing the organizational form of "even convergence", the organizational structure of "flat aggregation" and so on. Intuitive performance for weak organizational links, cultural lack of resonance and so on. Based on the analysis of the fluctuation factors of the internal and external system of the organization, this paper puts forward the measures of exerting the effect of government management, strengthening the integration effect of community sports resources, and strengthening the "convergence force" of organizational culture to exert its guiding effect. The aim is to provide reference management paradigm and theoretical support for community sports organization governance in the future.
