【摘要】：新世紀(jì)以來(lái),基層文體組織蓬勃發(fā)展,一方面顯示了社會(huì)中蘊(yùn)含的巨大力量,另一方面也對(duì)基層社會(huì)的整合提出了挑戰(zhàn)。尤其是個(gè)體化不斷凸顯的情勢(shì)下,既有的基層社會(huì)組織管理策略無(wú)法適應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)型社會(huì)提出的新的要求。這導(dǎo)致了基層社會(huì)組織管理的混亂、群體對(duì)立與社會(huì)分裂,甚至引發(fā)嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)治理難題。不過(guò)并沒(méi)有引起學(xué)界足夠的重視。本文從文化政治學(xué)角度出發(fā),以G街道組建文體協(xié)會(huì)來(lái)管理社區(qū)廣場(chǎng)舞團(tuán)體為個(gè)案,闡述了"協(xié)會(huì)"是基層整合的構(gòu)成要件,體現(xiàn)為協(xié)會(huì)重塑了基層社會(huì)聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò),推動(dòng)著基層社會(huì)文體活動(dòng)常態(tài)化開(kāi)展,催化著基層社會(huì)共同體認(rèn)同的形成。分析了協(xié)會(huì)從促進(jìn)間接管理、群體動(dòng)員與社會(huì)協(xié)同三個(gè)方面改變基層社會(huì)整合的邏輯。發(fā)掘了協(xié)會(huì)順應(yīng)社會(huì)性生發(fā)以達(dá)成社會(huì)整合的規(guī)律。當(dāng)然,有必要指出協(xié)會(huì)式整合仍然面臨制度空間小、行動(dòng)者缺乏能動(dòng)意識(shí)等困境,能否突破這些難題仍然有待于進(jìn)一步追蹤和觀察。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, the vigorous development of grass-roots sports and cultural organizations, on the one hand, shows the enormous power in the society, on the other hand, it also challenges the integration of grass-roots society. Especially under the situation of individualization, the existing social organization management strategy can not adapt to the new requirements of the transitional society. This leads to confusion of social organization management, group antagonism and social division, and even serious social governance problems. However, it does not attract enough attention from the academic circles. From the angle of cultural and political science, this paper takes G Street as an example to set up a sports association to manage the community square dance group, and expounds that "association" is the constituent element of grass-roots integration, which is reflected in the association reinventing the grass-roots social contact network. It promotes the regular development of social cultural and cultural activities at the grass-roots level and catalyzes the formation of the social community identity at the grass-roots level. This paper analyzes the logic of the association to change the social integration at the grass-roots level from three aspects: promoting indirect management, group mobilization and social coordination. Explore the association to conform to social hair in order to achieve social integration law. Of course, it is necessary to point out that the association integration still faces the difficulties of small institutional space, lack of dynamic consciousness of actors and so on, and whether it can break through these problems still needs to be further tracked and observed.
