綜合類藝術(shù)院校舞蹈表演專業(yè)人才教育現(xiàn)狀與對策探究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的快速發(fā)展,我國的藝術(shù)教育事業(yè)也相應(yīng)地得到了提高和發(fā)展。特別是在國家對素質(zhì)藝術(shù)教育的重視和提倡下,舞蹈藝術(shù)的專業(yè)化教育也得到了長足的發(fā)展。而在舞蹈藝術(shù)的專業(yè)化教育中“舞蹈表演”專業(yè)在各綜合類專業(yè)藝術(shù)院校中都有著一定的辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和辦學(xué)歷史,其主要是面向表演團(tuán)體、各類各級學(xué)校、基層文化部門等單位培養(yǎng)從事舞蹈表演、編導(dǎo)、教學(xué)的復(fù)合型人才。培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)為系統(tǒng)掌握舞蹈的基本訓(xùn)練及其表演方法,把握舞蹈藝術(shù)的文化內(nèi)涵和表演規(guī)律,,培養(yǎng)出具有獨(dú)立的表演、組織和策劃舞蹈作品的能力。 而當(dāng)前我國綜合類藝術(shù)院校中“舞蹈表演”專業(yè)的教育不管是在課程設(shè)置上,還是在教學(xué)內(nèi)容的安排上都忽視了“舞蹈表演”專業(yè)中最根本的舞蹈表演能力的培養(yǎng),因此,本論文以綜合類專業(yè)藝術(shù)院校中“舞蹈表演”專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,并以專業(yè)藝術(shù)院校中舞蹈表演專業(yè)教育的特殊性為切入點(diǎn),通過筆者在專業(yè)藝術(shù)院校中十余年來舞蹈表演學(xué)習(xí)的經(jīng)歷和感受,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用教育學(xué)、人類學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)以及舞蹈教育學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的研究方法和理念對綜合類藝術(shù)院校“舞蹈表演”專業(yè)教育的初步探討,進(jìn)而對綜合類藝術(shù)院校中“舞蹈表演”專業(yè)存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,并提出具有一定參考價(jià)值的對策建議。但愿能為綜合類藝術(shù)院校舞蹈表演專業(yè)的實(shí)踐與理論研究略盡綿薄之力。 本論文共分為緒論、三個(gè)章節(jié)和結(jié)語部分,緒論主要是對論文的選題依據(jù)、研究目的和意義、前人研究的相關(guān)成果以及研究方法進(jìn)行論述。第一章主要是對綜合類藝術(shù)院校中“舞蹈表演”專業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行較為詳細(xì)的闡述,包括對我國舞蹈表演專業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行追溯、回顧和梳理,對綜合類藝術(shù)院校舞蹈表演專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的客觀性分析。第二章主要是從課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、專業(yè)實(shí)踐和教學(xué)方法等方面對綜合類藝術(shù)院校舞蹈表演型人才教育現(xiàn)狀存在的問題及原因進(jìn)行分析解讀。第三章則是對綜合類藝術(shù)院校舞蹈表演專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式改革的建議和設(shè)想,包括從培養(yǎng)理念、專業(yè)實(shí)踐、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、課程設(shè)置和管理體制等方面進(jìn)行了較為細(xì)致的分析建議。而結(jié)語部分主要是對全文進(jìn)行綜合性的分析和結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economic globalization, China's art education has been correspondingly improved and developed. Especially under the emphasis and promotion of quality-oriented art education, the specialized education of dance art has been developed greatly. In the specialized education of dance art, the major of "dance performance" has certain experience and history of running a school in all kinds of comprehensive professional art colleges, which is mainly for performing groups, all kinds of schools at all levels. Basic cultural departments and other units engaged in dance performances, choreographer, teaching complex talent. The goal of training is to master the basic training of dance and its performing methods, to grasp the cultural connotation and performance rules of dance art, and to cultivate the ability to perform independently, organize and plan dance works. However, at present, the education of "dance performance" major in our country's comprehensive art colleges ignores the cultivation of the most fundamental dance performance ability in the "dance performance" major, not only in the curriculum but also in the arrangement of the teaching content. This thesis takes the present situation of "dance performance" talents training in the comprehensive art colleges as the research object, and takes the particularity of the dance performance specialty education in the specialized art colleges as the breakthrough point. Based on the experience and experience of dance performance study in professional art colleges and universities, the author applies pedagogy and anthropology to the study of dance performance in the past ten years. The research methods and concepts of sociology, dance pedagogy and other related subjects have a preliminary discussion on the education of "dance performance" in comprehensive art colleges and universities, and then analyze the problems existing in the "dance performance" major in comprehensive art colleges. And put forward some countermeasures and suggestions with certain reference value. I hope to contribute a little bit to the practical and theoretical research of dance performance major in comprehensive art colleges. This paper is divided into the introduction, three chapters and the conclusion part. The introduction mainly discusses the basis of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the related results of previous studies and the research methods. The first chapter mainly elaborates the present situation of "dance performance" major education in comprehensive art colleges, including tracing, reviewing and combing the development history of dance performance specialty in our country. The objective analysis of the present situation of talent training of dance performance major in comprehensive art colleges. The second chapter is mainly from the curriculum, teaching content, professional practice and teaching methods and other aspects of the comprehensive arts colleges dance performance talent education problems and reasons are analyzed. The third chapter is to the comprehensive art colleges dance performance professional talent training model reform suggestions and ideas, including from the training concept, professional practice, teaching content, curriculum and management system for a more detailed analysis. And the conclusion part is mainly to carry on the comprehensive analysis and the conclusion to the full text.
