北京市中老年人體育舞蹈教學(xué)方法的理論與實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展速度的加快,人們?cè)絹?lái)越關(guān)注自身的健康,而中老年人作為健身群體中的特殊人群,更是成為體育鍛煉領(lǐng)域研究的重點(diǎn)對(duì)象。如何系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)、有效的進(jìn)行體育娛樂(lè)活動(dòng),這是學(xué)科內(nèi)眾多學(xué)者共同關(guān)注的話題。隨著體育舞蹈逐漸成為中老年人業(yè)余健身最喜愛(ài)的項(xiàng)目之一,其在全民健身的熱潮中所扮演的角色也越來(lái)越重要。本文以中老年體育舞蹈教學(xué)方法為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)差法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、文獻(xiàn)資料法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)中老年人學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)所采用的教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)述,并從中找尋最適宜中老年人學(xué)習(xí)、能使教學(xué)效果達(dá)到最大化的教學(xué)方法組合。目前體育舞蹈教師及中老年學(xué)生都存在男女比例失衡的現(xiàn)象。尤其對(duì)于練習(xí)者,女性比例明顯多于男性,同時(shí)在舞種選擇上,選擇摩登舞的男性數(shù)量遠(yuǎn)大于選擇拉丁舞,女性方面則基本持平,摩登舞略高。中老年人參與體育舞蹈的項(xiàng)目的主要?jiǎng)訖C(jī)為鍛煉身體,參與者中以45-50和51-55歲的人數(shù)最多,超過(guò)總數(shù)的50%。經(jīng)研究分析,結(jié)果表明1、現(xiàn)階段體育舞蹈教師選用的前五位教學(xué)方法是講解法、慢速示范法、正確示范法、口令提示法、鏡面示范法;中老年人學(xué)習(xí)體育舞蹈的過(guò)程中較適宜的教學(xué)方法分別是語(yǔ)言講解類(講解法、口令提示法)、示范法(慢速示范法、正確示范法)、技術(shù)型動(dòng)作的專門教學(xué)方法(帶領(lǐng)法、引帶法、單個(gè)動(dòng)作和多個(gè)動(dòng)作聯(lián)合法)、練習(xí)法(重復(fù)練習(xí)法、過(guò)渡練習(xí)法)。2、中老年練習(xí)者對(duì)于當(dāng)前教學(xué)方法的選用整體較為滿意,對(duì)于技術(shù)型動(dòng)作專門教學(xué)方法中的帶領(lǐng)法、引帶法及舞蹈欣賞法需求較高,但目前教師選用情況不理想。不同年齡階段對(duì)于教學(xué)方法的需求均不同,教師在對(duì)中老年人進(jìn)行教學(xué)過(guò)程中,應(yīng)盡量了解練習(xí)者的年齡,以便采取最適宜的教學(xué)方法由于體育舞蹈的專項(xiàng)特點(diǎn),同時(shí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)技術(shù)型動(dòng)作的專門教學(xué)方法,減少傳統(tǒng)的示范法所占比例,從而達(dá)到更好的教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of social development in China, people pay more and more attention to their own health, and the elderly, as a special group in the fitness group, have become the focus of research in the field of physical exercise. How to carry out sports and entertainment activities systematically, scientifically and effectively is a topic of common concern for many scholars in the discipline. With the sports dance gradually becoming one of the favorite items of amateur fitness for the middle-aged and the elderly, its role in the upsurge of national fitness is becoming more and more important. This article takes the middle and old age sports dance teaching method as the research object, uses the interview method, the questionnaire adjustment method, the experiment method, the literature method and the mathematical statistics method and so on research method, carries on the synthesis appraisal to the middle-aged and old people's learning method. And find out the most suitable middle-aged learning, can make the teaching effect to maximize the combination of teaching methods. At present, the sports dance teachers and middle-aged students have the phenomenon of imbalance between male and female. Especially for practitioners, the proportion of women is obviously more than that of men. At the same time, in the choice of dance, the number of men choosing modern dance is far greater than the choice of Latin dance, while the female aspect is basically flat, and the modern dance is slightly higher. The main motivation for the middle-aged and elderly to participate in the sports dance is exercise. The majority of the participants are 45-50 and 51-55 years old, more than 50 percent of the total. The results show that 1. At present, the top five teaching methods chosen by dance teachers are explanation method, slow demonstration method, correct demonstration method, password prompt method and mirror model method; The more suitable teaching methods in the process of learning sports dance for middle and old people are language explanation (explanation method, password prompt method), model law (slow demonstration law, correct model method), special teaching method of technical action (leading method), Lead belt method, single action and multiple action combination method), exercise method (repeat exercise method, transition exercise method) .2.The middle-aged and elderly practitioners are satisfied with the selection of current teaching methods as a whole, and they are more satisfied with the leading method in the special teaching method of technical action. There is a high demand for belt-drawing method and dance appreciation method, but the current situation of teacher selection is not ideal. The demands for teaching methods vary from age to age. In the process of teaching middle and old people, teachers should try their best to understand the age of the practitioners in order to adopt the most appropriate teaching methods because of the special characteristics of sports dance. At the same time, the special teaching method of technical action should be strengthened, and the proportion of traditional model law should be reduced so as to achieve better teaching effect.
