【摘要】：為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)各類(lèi)人才是大學(xué)的基本職責(zé)，四川師范大學(xué)舞蹈表演專(zhuān)業(yè)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)掌握舞蹈學(xué)科的基本理論、基本知識(shí)，掌握主要舞種的分析方法和一般技術(shù)，具有舞蹈寫(xiě)作、評(píng)論的基本能力以及舞蹈表演、舞蹈編導(dǎo)的基本技能，具有較強(qiáng)的綜合職業(yè)素質(zhì)能力，能在各級(jí)各類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)文藝團(tuán)體、學(xué)校、藝術(shù)培訓(xùn)中心、群眾文化藝術(shù)團(tuán)體等單位從事舞蹈教學(xué)、研究、舞蹈表演、舞蹈編導(dǎo)及相關(guān)工作的高級(jí)專(zhuān)門(mén)人才。培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的制訂是根據(jù)國(guó)家、社會(huì)和市場(chǎng)的需要，目的是培養(yǎng)具有較高綜合素質(zhì)和專(zhuān)業(yè)技能的舞蹈人才，較為科學(xué)合理。然而四川師范大學(xué)舞蹈表演專(zhuān)業(yè)在教學(xué)的實(shí)施過(guò)程中受歷史原因、辦學(xué)條件、師資、教學(xué)理念等因素的影響，培養(yǎng)的舞蹈人才偏重于技能型，忽視了綜合素質(zhì)的提高，未能完全達(dá)到培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的要求，這在高師類(lèi)院校中屬于典型現(xiàn)象。本文嘗試從生源情況、課程設(shè)置、師資情況、教學(xué)方法等多個(gè)方面找到問(wèn)題的原因，并探索解決方法和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:It is the basic duty of the university to train all kinds of talents for the society. The goal of the dance performance major of Sichuan normal University is to develop the basic theory, basic knowledge, analysis methods and general techniques of the major dance types. Have the basic ability of dance writing, commentary, dance performance and choreographer, have strong comprehensive professional quality ability, can be in all kinds of professional art organizations, schools, art training center, Mass cultural and artistic organizations and other units engaged in dance teaching, research, dance performance, dance choreographer and related work of senior professionals. The goal of training is to train dance talents with high comprehensive quality and professional skills according to the needs of the country, society and market, which is more scientific and reasonable. However, due to the influence of historical reasons, school conditions, teachers, teaching ideas and so on, the dance talents trained in Sichuan normal University pay more attention to the skill type and neglect the improvement of the comprehensive quality, because of the influence of the historical reasons, the conditions of running a school, the teachers, the teaching idea, and so on. It is a typical phenomenon in normal colleges and universities that fail to reach the training goal completely. This paper attempts to find out the causes of the problems from the aspects of students' source, curriculum, teachers and teaching methods, and to explore the solutions and countermeasures.
