【摘要】：近年來,體育舞蹈發(fā)展迅速,其中四川省體育舞蹈普及速度快,學(xué)員龐大,但整體水平有待提升。作為未來的體育舞蹈教師,高校體育舞蹈方向?qū)W生的教學(xué)能力是影響甚至是決定我國未來體育舞蹈人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。由于片面重視專業(yè)技能的學(xué)習(xí)和提高,常常忽視了學(xué)生教學(xué)能力的培養(yǎng)。目前,四川省體育舞蹈發(fā)展形式大好,但由于高校師資力量較為薄弱,制約了四川省體育舞蹈專業(yè)性發(fā)展的廣度和深度。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實地調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法,對四川省10所高校中體育舞蹈方向?qū)W生的教學(xué)能力進行了深入的探討與分析,主要研究結(jié)果如下:1、目前四川省高校體育舞蹈學(xué)生教學(xué)能力總體情況一般。雖然教學(xué)文件齊備,但是在執(zhí)行過程中,實際操作情況不理想。現(xiàn)階段各個學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)方案差異不大,師資力量參差不齊,學(xué)時分配不盡相同。2、部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機不太明確,主要表現(xiàn)為遲到早退現(xiàn)象。沒有良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,也沒有明確的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),自身對教學(xué)能力的培養(yǎng)就不夠重視。3、影響四川省高校體育舞蹈學(xué)生教學(xué)能力的因素分為主觀因素和客觀因素,其中主觀因素包括學(xué)習(xí)動機、知識與技能掌握程度和氣質(zhì)類型;而客觀因素包括教學(xué)氛圍、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、環(huán)境因素和課外培訓(xùn)。4、四川省高校體育舞蹈多數(shù)學(xué)生的能力弱項集中體現(xiàn)在:教學(xué)設(shè)計能力中:編寫教案能力較弱;教學(xué)實施能力中:編舞伴舞能力、應(yīng)變能力、語言表達(dá)能力較弱;教學(xué)評價能力中:自我總結(jié)反思能力較弱;科研能力中:自學(xué)能力很弱;拓展能力中音樂制作能力較弱。
[Abstract]:In recent years, sports dance has developed rapidly, among which Sichuan sports dance popularization speed is fast, the student is huge, but the overall level needs to be improved. As a future sports dance teacher, the teaching ability of college students in the direction of sports dance is the key to influence and even determine the quality of future sports dance talents training in China. Due to the one-sided emphasis on the study and improvement of professional skills, the cultivation of students' teaching ability is often neglected. At present, the development of sports dance in Sichuan Province is very good, but because of the weakness of teachers in colleges and universities, it restricts the breadth and depth of the professional development of sports dance in Sichuan Province. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper makes a deep discussion and analysis on the teaching ability of the students in the direction of sports dance in 10 universities in Sichuan Province. The main results are as follows: 1. At present, the teaching ability of college students in Sichuan Province is general. Although the teaching document is complete, but in the execution process, the actual operation situation is not ideal. At the present stage, there are not many differences in talent training programs among schools, teachers are not uniform, the distribution of school hours is not the same, and some students' learning motivation is not clear, which mainly shows the phenomenon of being late and leaving early. Without good study habits and clear learning goals, one does not pay enough attention to the cultivation of teaching ability. The factors that affect the teaching ability of Sichuan university sports dance students can be divided into subjective factors and objective factors. The subjective factors include the learning motivation, the degree of mastery of knowledge and skills and the types of temperament, while the objective factors include the teaching atmosphere, the teaching content and the assessment standard. Environmental factors and extracurricular training. 4. The ability and weakness of most students in college sports dance in Sichuan province are mainly reflected in: the ability of teaching design: the ability of writing teaching plan is weak; the ability of teaching implementation is the ability of choreographing and dancing, the ability of adapting, The ability of language expression is weak; the ability of teaching evaluation is weak; the ability of scientific research is weak; the ability of self-study is very weak; the ability of music production is weak in the ability of expanding.
