體育舞蹈對(duì)西安體育學(xué)院舞蹈專業(yè)女大學(xué)生身心素質(zhì)影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究目的:近年來,體育舞蹈在我國發(fā)展飛速,學(xué)習(xí)體育舞蹈的大學(xué)生快速增多,專業(yè)水平也隨之迅速提高。國內(nèi)外對(duì)于體育舞蹈各方面的學(xué)術(shù)研究也越來越多。本論文的研究對(duì)象主要是集中在體育舞蹈專業(yè)的女大學(xué)生,將對(duì)她們進(jìn)行身體素質(zhì)與心理素質(zhì)其中一些關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的實(shí)驗(yàn),通過對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的結(jié)果做出比較,詳細(xì)的研究我校開設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)的體育舞蹈對(duì)于體育舞蹈專業(yè)女大學(xué)生身心健康的影響。為學(xué)習(xí)體育舞蹈的女大學(xué)生提供科學(xué)的理論支撐,為體育舞蹈運(yùn)動(dòng)的健身功效提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù),有利于更具科學(xué)性的指導(dǎo)體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練。研究方法:本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法,對(duì)西安體育學(xué)院2014級(jí)體育舞蹈專業(yè)隨機(jī)抽取的12名女大學(xué)生進(jìn)行9周的體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)的教學(xué)訓(xùn)練。所有的研究對(duì)象年齡均在18至21歲之間,且均無明顯的內(nèi)分泌失調(diào)以及相關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)禁忌癥,如心臟病和高血壓。實(shí)驗(yàn)前對(duì)所有女大學(xué)生進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的測(cè)量,經(jīng)過9周的教學(xué),對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)所需指標(biāo)進(jìn)行第二次測(cè)量,并對(duì)各項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較分析。根據(jù)本實(shí)驗(yàn)所需要的身體素質(zhì)指標(biāo),選取了身體形態(tài),心肺功能,柔韌性以及力量素質(zhì)為測(cè)試指標(biāo)。身體形態(tài)包括體重及圍度(胸圍、腰圍、臀圍、大腿圍、小腿圍)和體脂百分比。心肺功能包括測(cè)試肺活量及臺(tái)階實(shí)驗(yàn)。柔韌性包括坐位體前屈、后軀體造橋、雙腿前后和左右伸展能力。力量素質(zhì)包括屈膝仰臥起坐、縱跳和握力。心理素質(zhì)測(cè)試選取《大學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)問卷》進(jìn)行心理測(cè)試,收集應(yīng)變力維度、耐受挫折維度、情緒管理維度和人際關(guān)系維度這四個(gè)方面的數(shù)據(jù)。研究結(jié)果:身體形態(tài)方面,實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象的體重、腰圍、大腿圍、小腿圍和體脂百分比有顯著性差異,體重降低了1.55kg,腰圍減小了1.3cm,大腿圍減小了0.79cm,小腿圍減小了0.56cm,體脂百分比降低了0.85%,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后結(jié)果對(duì)比呈顯著性差異;而胸圍下降了0.38cm,臀圍減小了0.41cm,但并無顯著性差異。心肺功能,肺活量增長(zhǎng)了278ml,臺(tái)階試驗(yàn)指數(shù)相比實(shí)驗(yàn)前增長(zhǎng)了4.33,有顯著性差異。柔韌性方面,坐位體前屈相比實(shí)驗(yàn)前增加了3.63cm,后屈體造橋相比實(shí)驗(yàn)前減小4.41cm,橫叉相比實(shí)驗(yàn)前減小了6.33cm,左豎叉相比實(shí)驗(yàn)前減小了6.66cm,右豎叉相比實(shí)驗(yàn)之前減小了3.32cm,有顯著性差異。柔韌性方面,屈膝仰臥起坐結(jié)果與之前相比較提高了2.42次,縱跳結(jié)果比實(shí)驗(yàn)前增長(zhǎng)了1.15cm,握力相比實(shí)驗(yàn)前也增加了2.42kg,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后比較有顯著性差異。心理素質(zhì)方面,情緒控制維度方面無顯著性差異,應(yīng)對(duì)變化、人際關(guān)系和耐受挫折三個(gè)維度方面都有顯著性差異。應(yīng)對(duì)變化維度較實(shí)驗(yàn)之前提高了4.75分,人際關(guān)系維度較實(shí)驗(yàn)之前提高了3.5分,耐受挫折維度較實(shí)驗(yàn)之前提高了2.66分。研究結(jié)論:通過為期9周的體育舞蹈專業(yè)訓(xùn)練實(shí)驗(yàn),體育舞蹈專業(yè)女大學(xué)生的身心素質(zhì)方面都發(fā)生了一些明顯的改善。1.身體形態(tài)方面,體重、腰圍、大腿圍和小腿圍以及體脂百分比都有著顯著性的提高作用,總結(jié)得出,體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練對(duì)體育舞蹈專業(yè)的女大學(xué)生身體形態(tài)方面有著顯著性改善作用。2.心肺功能方面,女大學(xué)生的肺活量和臺(tái)階試驗(yàn)指數(shù)也有顯著性提高,說明通過體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練對(duì)體育舞蹈專業(yè)女大學(xué)生的心肺功能有明顯的提升改善作用。3.柔韌性方面,通過數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果處理得出體育舞蹈專業(yè)的女大學(xué)生坐位體前屈、后屈體造橋、橫叉、左豎叉和右豎叉的柔韌性提高十分顯著。4.力量素質(zhì)方面,屈膝仰臥起坐、縱跳和握力的指標(biāo)都有顯著改善,說明體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練對(duì)于體育舞蹈專業(yè)的女大學(xué)生力量素質(zhì)方面有明顯的提高作用。5.心理素質(zhì)方面,體育舞蹈專業(yè)的女大學(xué)生經(jīng)過9周體育舞蹈專業(yè)的訓(xùn)練,心理素質(zhì)方面四個(gè)維度中,應(yīng)對(duì)變化和人際關(guān)系和耐受挫折維度都具有顯著性的提高作用。說明體育舞蹈對(duì)體育舞蹈專業(yè)的女大學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)方面有明顯的促進(jìn)改善作用。
[Abstract]:Research purposes: in recent years, sports dance has developed rapidly in our country. The students who learn sports dance have increased rapidly and their professional level is increasing rapidly. There are more and more academic studies on all aspects of sports dance at home and abroad. The experiment of some key indexes of the body quality and psychological quality, through the comparison of the results before and after the experiment, makes a detailed study of the influence of the sports dance of our school on the physical and mental health of the female college students of the sports dance. The physical function provides scientific theoretical basis, and is beneficial to the more scientific guidance of the sports dance training. Research methods: This paper uses literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, experimental method, and carries out 9 weeks of sports dance training for 12 female college students randomly selected from the 2014 class sports dance major of Xi'an Physical Education University. All the subjects were between 18 and 21 years of age, with no obvious endocrine disorders and related contraindications, such as heart disease and hypertension. All female college students were measured before the experiment. After 9 weeks of teaching, second measurements were carried out on the experimental data, and the experimental data were compared and analyzed. Body shape, cardiopulmonary function, flexibility, and strength quality are selected as test indicators. Body shape includes body weight and circumference (chest circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, small leg circumference) and body fat percentage. Cardiopulmonary function includes test of vital capacity and step test. Flexibility including flexion of sitting body, Back and right legs and left and right stretching ability of the rear body. The strength quality includes the knee crunch, the longitudinal jump and the grip strength. The psychological quality test selects the psychological test of the psychological quality of the college students, collects the strain dimension, tolerated the frustration dimension, the emotion management dimension and the interpersonal relationship dimension. The results of the study: the body of the body. The body weight, waist circumference, thigh circumference, leg circumference and body fat percentage were significantly different, the body weight decreased 1.55kg, the waist circumference decreased 1.3cm, the thigh circumference decreased 0.79cm, the leg circumference decreased by 0.56cm, the percentage of body fat decreased by 0.85%, and the results were significantly different before and after the experiment; the chest circumference decreased by 0.38cm and the hip circumference decreased. 0.41cm, but there was no significant difference. Cardiopulmonary function, lung capacity increased by 278ml, the step test index increased by 4.33 before the experiment, there was a significant difference. The flexibility aspect, the seat body forward flexion was increased by 3.63cm compared to the pre experiment, and the posterior flexion bridge decreased by 4.41cm compared to the experiment before the experiment, and the transverse fork decreased by 6.33cm and the left vertical fork compared to the experiment. 6.66cm was reduced before the experiment, and the right vertical fork was reduced by 3.32cm compared with that before the experiment. In flexibility, the results of the kneeling sit ups were increased by 2.42 times compared with those before the experiment. The results of the longitudinal jump were increased by 1.15cm compared with that before the experiment, and the grip strength was also increased by 2.42kg before the experiment. The psychological quality was significantly different before and after the experiment. There was no significant difference in the dimension of emotional control, and there were significant differences in the three dimensions of coping change, interpersonal relationship and tolerance. The dimension of coping with change was improved by 4.75 points before the experiment, the interpersonal relationship was 3.5 points higher than that before the experiment, and the tolerance of frustration dimension increased by 2.66 points before the test. The physical and mental quality of the female college students in sports and dance majors have obviously improved the body shape of.1., the body weight, the waist circumference, the thigh circumference and the percentage of body fat, and the percentage of body fat have significant improvement. There is a significant improvement in the physical form of the body. The lung function and the step test index of the female college students are also significantly improved, which indicates that the physical and dance training can improve the cardiopulmonary function of the female college students in the major of sports dance and improve the flexibility and flexibility of the.2., which can be obtained through data processing. The flexiability of the female college students in the major of the dance major, the flexiability of the rear forks, the transverse forks, the left vertical fork and the right vertical fork, is very significant in the.4. strength quality. The indexes of the sit ups, the longitudinal jump and the grip strength have been significantly improved, which shows that the sports dance training is obvious to the strength quality of the female students in the sports dance profession. In terms of improving the psychological quality of.5., the female college students in the major of sports dance are trained in 9 weeks of sports dance major and in four dimensions of psychological quality, they have significant improvement in coping with change, interpersonal relationship and tolerance to frustration dimension.
