我國高水平標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞運(yùn)動員翻滾轉(zhuǎn)步的運(yùn)動學(xué)分析

【摘要】:本文研究主要運(yùn)用生物力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的方法和測試手段,借助先進(jìn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)儀器Qualisys紅外高速攝像2d/3d分析系統(tǒng),對我國高水平標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞運(yùn)動員趙鵬汪琪——世界體育舞蹈聯(lián)合會(World Dance Sport Federation簡稱wdsf)高組別a組冠軍華爾茲中的翻滾轉(zhuǎn)步(Tumple Turn)動作全過程進(jìn)行三維拍攝,從而獲得有價值的運(yùn)動學(xué)參數(shù),對他們的翻滾轉(zhuǎn)步動作進(jìn)行運(yùn)動學(xué)分析。研究目的:經(jīng)考察大多數(shù)舞蹈老師在訓(xùn)練以及傳授學(xué)生動作技術(shù)時,通常將自身積累下來的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和本體感覺,用言傳身教的方法傳授給學(xué)生。經(jīng)過查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料,體育科研人員對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞的生物力學(xué)研究的論文不多,利用紅外高速攝像對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞技術(shù)動作進(jìn)行三維分析研究的文獻(xiàn)更少。所以本文利用Qualisys動作捕捉系統(tǒng)分析軟件,采集到精確的2D/3D數(shù)據(jù)圖像,進(jìn)行技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)分析,為教練員科學(xué)訓(xùn)練、改進(jìn)技術(shù)、糾正錯誤動作提供依據(jù)。應(yīng)用Qualisys系統(tǒng)對我國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動員翻滾轉(zhuǎn)步動作進(jìn)行初步拍攝和分析,為我國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞技術(shù)動作的發(fā)展提供幫助。分析翻滾轉(zhuǎn)步動作可得:1、女士重心下降幅度多于男士且形成上托住男士重心的形態(tài)。2、男女雙人配合舞動時,在旋轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)節(jié)存在著出步時間差,處在外圈的人要早于處于內(nèi)圈的人出步。擺動動力腿階段女士在外圈,女士右腿擺動速度比男士左腿擺動速度快,為更好的配合動作的完成,男士晚于女士0.19秒上步。撇轉(zhuǎn)階段女士在外圈,開始2.42秒時刻男士左腳腳踝迅速外旋,在2.285時刻女士右腳腳踝迅速內(nèi)旋,女士早于男士0.135秒撇轉(zhuǎn)。3、頭的速度和膝、踝內(nèi)外旋角度都可決定動作的質(zhì)量和方向。4、髖關(guān)節(jié)在矢狀軸的傾斜和軀干在矢狀軸的傾斜并不同步,此動作軀干在矢狀軸的傾斜要多于髖關(guān)節(jié)在矢狀軸的傾斜,男士在交叉腿階段只進(jìn)行了軀干在矢狀軸的傾斜,髖關(guān)節(jié)在矢狀軸沒有傾斜。5、男士在做動作時傾斜、擺蕩、還原都早于女士,故男士是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位,固要提前發(fā)出信號引導(dǎo)女士做動作。分析翻滾轉(zhuǎn)步動作可得:1、女士重心下降幅度多于男士且形成上托住男士重心的形態(tài)。2、男女雙人配合舞動時,在旋轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)節(jié)存在著出步時間差,處在外圈的人要早于處于內(nèi)圈的人出步。擺動動力腿階段女士在外圈,女士右腿擺動速度比男士左腿擺動速度快,為更好的配合動作的完成,男士晚于女士0.19秒上步。撇轉(zhuǎn)階段女士在外圈,開始2.42秒時刻男士左腳腳踝迅速外旋,在2.285時刻女士右腳腳踝迅速內(nèi)旋,女士早于男士0.135秒撇轉(zhuǎn)。3、頭的速度和膝、踝內(nèi)外旋角度都可決定動作的質(zhì)量和方向。4、髖關(guān)節(jié)在矢狀軸的傾斜和軀干在矢狀軸的傾斜并不同步,此動作軀干在矢狀軸的傾斜要多于髖關(guān)節(jié)在矢狀軸的傾斜,男士在交叉腿階段只進(jìn)行了軀干在矢狀軸的傾斜,髖關(guān)節(jié)在矢狀軸沒有傾斜。5、男士在做動作時傾斜、擺蕩、還原都早于女士,故男士是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位,固要提前發(fā)出信號引導(dǎo)女士做動作。

The Qualisys system is applied to the preliminary shooting and analysis of the rolling and rolling movements of the elite Chinese standard dancer, which will help the development of the technical movement of the standard dance in our country.
