體育舞蹈對(duì)西安市中老年人身體健康影響的研究

【摘要】:全面健身計(jì)劃開展和實(shí)施使得終身體育的思想已被廣大群眾接受。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),人們的受教育水平和社會(huì)文化需求的增長(zhǎng),人們?cè)絹?lái)越注重體育的鍛煉,身體健康成為最重要的追求目標(biāo)。隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,體育舞蹈?jìng)魅胫袊?guó)的發(fā)展相比之前有著很快的發(fā)展速度,它不再是單一的年輕人的體育休閑鍛煉方式,慢慢也在滲透在中老年人群當(dāng)中。體育舞蹈既有健身作用,又有其本身的競(jìng)技屬性。現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,忽略了中老年人群的身體和心理健康,尤其一些剛剛退休的中年人對(duì)自己未來(lái)的生活很迷茫,很容易出現(xiàn)抑郁,心情低落,在家庭建設(shè)方面有著很消極的影響。因此,在提高中老年人們的身體和心理健康方面,應(yīng)有相應(yīng)的組織假設(shè)和措施。本文主要以體育舞蹈的健身作用為中心,研究體育舞蹈能夠帶給中老年人身體實(shí)質(zhì)性改善的作用,通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組的中老年人群在參加體育舞蹈鍛煉前后的各項(xiàng)體質(zhì)指標(biāo)的對(duì)比,為體育舞蹈對(duì)西安市中老年人身體各功能改善提供更合理更科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)。本研究選取30名45-60歲的中老年人(女性為主)作為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,實(shí)驗(yàn)組每次鍛煉時(shí)間為80分鐘,每周3次。在實(shí)驗(yàn)期間,實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象不能參加任何除體育舞蹈以外的體育鍛煉。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地調(diào)查與訪談法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)參加本次實(shí)驗(yàn)的人員進(jìn)行為期6個(gè)月的實(shí)驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)經(jīng)過(guò)6個(gè)月的體育舞蹈鍛煉,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的中老年人身體形態(tài)有很大的變化,主要表現(xiàn)在實(shí)驗(yàn)組中老年人的體重、脂肪量指標(biāo)均有所下降,肌肉量有所上升。說(shuō)明體育舞蹈能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)起到減肥、降脂的作用。長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持鍛煉可以增加肌肉量。因此體育舞蹈是身體線條變得更加勻稱的一種鍛煉方式。(2)經(jīng)過(guò)6個(gè)月的體育舞蹈鍛煉,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的中老年人的臺(tái)階指數(shù)和肺活量指數(shù)明顯增加,短期2個(gè)月鍛煉效果更為明顯。因此能夠說(shuō)明體育舞蹈對(duì)中老年人的心肺功能有較好的改善作用。(3)長(zhǎng)期進(jìn)行體育舞蹈鍛煉能夠提高中老年人身體素質(zhì),鍛煉3個(gè)月后各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均有明顯的變化,鍛煉6個(gè)月沒(méi)有顯著變化但能一直保持穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),說(shuō)明這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)能維持機(jī)體健康穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),是最適合中老年人有效鍛煉的方式之一。(4)實(shí)驗(yàn)組的中老年人在體育舞蹈鍛煉后身心均得到放松,有著積極的生活態(tài)度,社交圈變得更加廣泛,還能間接改善家庭氛圍。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive fitness plan carries out and implements makes the life-long sports thought already accepted by the broad masses. Since the 21st century, people's education level and social and cultural needs have increased, people pay more and more attention to physical exercise, and physical health has become the most important pursuit goal. With the progress of the times, sports dance has a rapid development rate compared with the previous development in China, it is no longer a single young people's sports leisure exercise, and slowly permeate in the middle and old people. Sports dance not only has fitness function, but also has its own competitive attribute. The rapid development of modern society has neglected the physical and mental health of the middle-aged and elderly people. Especially some middle-aged people who have just retired are very confused about their future life, prone to depression and depression. It has a very negative impact on family building. Therefore, in improving the physical and mental health of the elderly, there should be appropriate organizational assumptions and measures. This paper focuses on the body-building function of sports dance, studies the effect that sports dance can bring to the middle-aged and old people to improve their physical quality, and compares the physique indexes of the middle-aged and elderly people in the experimental group before and after taking part in sports dance exercise. To provide a more reasonable and scientific theoretical basis for the physical function improvement of the middle-aged and elderly people in Xi'an. In this study, 30 middle-aged and aged 45-60 years old (female dominated) were selected as experimental subjects, the experimental group exercise time is 80 minutes, 3 times a week. During the course of the experiment, the subjects were not allowed to participate in any physical exercise other than sports dance. Based on the methods of literature, field investigation and interview, experiment, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on, the participants of this experiment were tested for 6 months. The results were as follows: (1) after 6 months of physical dance exercise, the body shape of the middle-aged and old people in the experimental group changed greatly, mainly in the experimental group, the body weight, fat content index and muscle mass of the middle-aged and old people in the experimental group were all decreased and the muscle quantity was increased. Sports dance can play in a short period of time to lose weight, the role of lowering fat. Long-term exercise increases muscle mass. Therefore, the sports dance is a kind of exercise way that the body line becomes more symmetrical. After 6 months of physical dance exercise, the step index and vital capacity index of the middle and old people in the experimental group are obviously increased, and the effect of short-term 2 months exercise is more obvious. It can be concluded that sports dance can improve the heart and lung function of middle-aged and old people. The long-term physical dance exercise can improve the physical quality of middle-aged and old people. After 3 months of exercise, all the indexes have obvious changes. The fact that exercise has not changed significantly for six months but has remained stable for the rest of the year means that this exercise can maintain a healthy and stable state of the body. It is one of the most suitable ways for the middle and old people to exercise effectively. 4) the middle and old people in the experimental group are relaxed physically and mentally after physical dance exercise, have a positive attitude towards life, the social circle becomes more extensive, and can indirectly improve the family atmosphere.
