感統(tǒng)訓練板對提高少兒拉丁舞選手平衡能力的應用研究

【摘要】:平衡能力是指抗破壞平衡的外力,以保持全身處于穩(wěn)定的能力。人的任何運動都是在維持身體平衡的狀態(tài)下進行的,尤其是大肌肉的活動,更需要有較好的平衡能力才能勝任。發(fā)展平衡能力有利于提高運動器官的功能和前庭器官的機能,改善中樞神經系統(tǒng)對肌肉組織與內臟器官的調節(jié)功能,保證身體活動的順利進行,提高適應復雜環(huán)境的能力和自我保護的能力,拉丁舞的平衡貫穿舞蹈的始終,舞伴之間的平衡,自身重心的平衡。每種運動素質的發(fā)展幾乎都有一個有利的較快時期,稱為“敏感期”,平衡能力的發(fā)展也存在著“敏感期”。6-10歲少兒身體肌肉慢慢發(fā)展,是發(fā)展平衡能力的有力時期抓住身體運動素質發(fā)展的年齡特征,及早開始專項訓練,會收到良好的訓練效果。有必要對少兒的平衡能力進行科學的干預,除了對于平衡能力的干預我們也可以對其它相關的身體素質進行相對的鍛煉,全面提高少兒的身體運動的各項能力。本文是以文獻資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調查法、教學實驗法等研究方法對東莞市手拉手藝術培訓中心拉丁舞班學生和厚街博藝琴拉丁舞班的學生進行訓練。其主要結果如下:1當前少兒拉丁舞培訓機構對平衡能力方面的訓練少,主要集中在柔韌素質和速度素質方面的訓練。訓練器材主要有把桿、彈力帶,訓練方法少、訓練手段單一,以及對感統(tǒng)訓練板的使用率低。2感統(tǒng)訓練板訓練對提高靜力性平衡和動力性平衡都上有顯著性差異,但靜力性平衡提高幅度大于動力性平衡。3實驗組實驗后閉目單腳與實驗組實驗前相比有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),表明了感統(tǒng)訓練板訓練提高了少兒拉丁舞選手小腦、腦垂體的功能,大腦的協調性,核心肌力。4燕式平衡與實驗組實驗前相比有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),表明了感統(tǒng)訓練板訓練提高了少兒拉丁舞選手腹背臀,腿,頸、肩臂部肌肉力量。5頂物走與實驗組實驗前相比有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),表明了感統(tǒng)訓練板訓練提高了少兒拉丁舞選手的平衡感知能力。6動作分數與實驗組實驗前相比有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),表明了少兒拉丁舞選手閉目單腳、燕式平衡、頂物走的提高能影響能拉丁舞的成績,并且是正相關。
[Abstract]:The ability to balance refers to the ability to resist damage to the balance of external forces in order to maintain the stability of the whole body. Any exercise is carried out under the condition of maintaining physical balance, especially the activity of large muscles, which requires better balance ability to be competent. The development of balance is conducive to improving the functions of motor organs and vestibular organs, improving the regulation of the central nervous system on muscle and visceral organs, and ensuring the smooth movement of the body. Improve the ability to adapt to the complex environment and self-protection ability, Latin dance balance throughout the dance, the balance between partners, the balance of their own center of gravity. Almost every kind of sports development has a favorable and faster period, called "sensitive period", and there is also a "sensitive period" for the development of balance ability. The body muscles of children aged 6-10 years develop slowly. It is necessary to grasp the age characteristic of the development of physical sports quality in the period of developing balance ability, and to start special training as soon as possible, which will get good training effect. It is necessary to carry on the scientific intervention to the children's balance ability, besides to the balance ability intervention, we may also carry on the relative exercise to the other related physical quality, enhances the children's body movement each ability comprehensively. This paper is to train the students of Latin dance class in Dongguan handheld Art training Center and the students of Boyingqin Latin Dance Class in Hou Street by the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, teaching experiment and so on. The main results are as follows: at present, the Latin dance training institutions of young children have less training on balance ability, and mainly focus on the training of flexibility and speed. There are significant differences in training equipment, such as lever, elastic belt, less training method, single training method, and low utilization rate of sensory training board. 2. Training of sensory training board has significant difference in improving static balance and dynamic balance. However, the increase of static balance was greater than that of dynamic balance .3 after the experiment, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the experimental group before the experiment, which indicated that the sensory training board training improved the function of cerebellum and pituitary gland of young Latin dancers. The coordination of the brain and the balance of the core muscle strength between the experimental group and the experimental group showed that the sensory training board training improved the belly, back and back, legs, neck of the children's Latin dancers. Compared with the experimental group before the experiment, the muscle strength of shoulder and arm was significantly higher than that of the experimental group (P 0.01), which indicated that the training of the sensory training board improved the balance perception ability of the young Latin dancers. 6 movement scores were more uniform than those before the experiment in the experimental group. The significance of calculation is P0.01, which shows that young Latin dancers close their eyes to one foot. The balance of swallows and the improvement of walking on top can affect the results of Latin dance and are positively related.
