【摘要】:本文以筆者工作的泉州師范學(xué)院藝術(shù)專業(yè)碩士舞蹈編導(dǎo)方向?yàn)槔?重點(diǎn)闡述培養(yǎng)的三個(gè)維度:以地域文化為基礎(chǔ),在深度和廣度上夯實(shí)、完善知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu);以創(chuàng)新能力為核心,有針對(duì)性地提升專業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力;以實(shí)踐能力為立足點(diǎn),鍛煉學(xué)生在藝術(shù)實(shí)踐過程中組織、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作等多項(xiàng)能力,盡可能使其未來與工作崗位“無縫對(duì)接”。
[Abstract]:Taking the direction of choreographer of Quanzhou normal University as an example, this paper focuses on three dimensions of cultivation: based on regional culture, compacting in depth and breadth, perfecting knowledge structure, taking innovation ability as the core. Aiming at improving professional innovation ability, taking practical ability as a foothold, training students' ability of organizing, communicating, coordinating, teamwork and so on in the process of art practice, and making their future work "seamlessly connect" with their posts as far as possible.
