全國高等體育類院校舞蹈學(體育舞蹈)專業(yè)建設現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:體育舞蹈自傳入中國以來,短短的三十年多年,便以其獨特的健身性、娛樂性、全民參與性,在各種體育藝術類院校、專業(yè)舞蹈學校中嶄露頭角,后來又被各大體育院校選作一個專業(yè)方向納入到教學體系之中,逐漸進入了公眾的視野,也吸引了越來越多的人參與其中。但是,體育舞蹈作為一個外來體育項目,人們對它的認識和理解還不夠透徹,在管理、教學和傳播等發(fā)展過程中還存在不足,以至于在高等體育類院校的發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)了很多制約因素,比如課程設置不合理、師資力量薄弱以及培養(yǎng)目標與社會需求的適應程度較差等,嚴重影響了體育舞蹈在高校中的生存發(fā)展。本文把體育舞蹈作為一個專業(yè)來研究,旨在更加全面、深入的了解其在發(fā)展過程中存在的不足,提出合理建議,促進舞蹈學(體育舞蹈)(簡稱體育舞蹈)專業(yè)建設的健康、持續(xù)、快速發(fā)展。本文通過立意抽樣選擇國內(nèi)有代表性的五所體育院校,采用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和訪談法,對五所院校體育舞蹈專業(yè)的開設現(xiàn)狀、培養(yǎng)方案、教學條件、學生就業(yè)意向和就業(yè)需求、專業(yè)建設發(fā)展影響因素等方面進行研究,分析各大院校在體育舞蹈專業(yè)建設方面存在的問題,借鑒其他院校發(fā)展的特色和優(yōu)勢,總結(jié)歸納,并提出合理建議,為我國體育舞蹈專業(yè)建設的發(fā)展提供理論支持。研究結(jié)果表明:1在我國高等體育類院校中,以體育舞蹈為培養(yǎng)方向的藝術類專業(yè)主要分為舞蹈學專業(yè),舞蹈表演專業(yè),表演專業(yè),舞蹈編導專業(yè)。2專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標方面,各大高校的規(guī)定都非常明確、清晰,但是在具體的專業(yè)方向方面卻沒有明確、細致的說明;在培養(yǎng)要求中,對學生體育舞蹈技術水平的進行評定還沒有統(tǒng)一的標準。3我國體育類高等院校體育舞蹈專業(yè)課程結(jié)構大多分為必修課程、限制選修課程、任意選修課程、實踐環(huán)節(jié)四個模塊。各高校在課程設置方面主要存在學分和課程數(shù)量差異較大,必修課程和選修課程內(nèi)容設置比較“亂”、“雜”,實踐環(huán)節(jié)課程內(nèi)容的針對性和多樣性上不夠合理等。4場館及器材配置方面,各大院校在數(shù)量和質(zhì)量上差異很大,基礎設施配置需要進一步優(yōu)化。師資力量方面,體育舞蹈教師年齡趨于年輕化、職業(yè)化,但職稱結(jié)構偏低,教學年限普遍偏短,有些體育院校的個別體育舞蹈教師存在“上小課”現(xiàn)象。5在生源方面,學習體育舞蹈的學生性別比例差異很大,女生依然較多。學生來源以普通高中畢業(yè)生為主,許多專業(yè)體育院校體育舞蹈專業(yè)的學生是“半路出家”,舞蹈基礎薄弱。6體育舞蹈專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力比較嚴峻,畢業(yè)去向中選擇考研和考教師的較多,就業(yè)范圍大多集中在文藝表演團體和基礎教育機構。7影響我國部分體育高等院校體育舞蹈專業(yè)建設的具體因素包括領導的重視程度、專業(yè)定位的準確度、培養(yǎng)方案的合理性、學校的教學設施條件、學生生源情況、專業(yè)教師的教學水平、實踐機會、教材適用情況等。
[Abstract]:Since its introduction to China, sports dance has been in China for more than thirty years. With its unique fitness, entertainment and participation, it has emerged in all kinds of sports arts colleges and professional dance schools. Later, it has been selected as a professional direction in the teaching system by the major sports colleges and universities, gradually entering the public view and sucking. More and more people are involved in it. However, as a foreign sport, sports dance is not enough to understand and understand it. There are still shortcomings in the process of management, teaching and communication, so that there are many constraints in the development of higher sports colleges and universities, such as unreasonable course setting. The weakness of teachers and the poor adaptability of training goals and social needs have seriously affected the survival and development of sports dance in Colleges and universities. This paper studies sports dance as a major, aiming at a more comprehensive and thorough understanding of its shortcomings in the process of development, putting forward reasonable suggestions and promoting dance learning (sports dance). The health, continuous, and rapid development of the professional construction of the sports dance. This article selects five representative sports colleges and universities which are representative in China. By means of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and interview, the present situation, training plan, teaching conditions, students' employment intention and the status of the five colleges and universities are discussed. The research on the industry demand and the influencing factors of professional construction and development is carried out to analyze the problems existing in the construction of Sports Dance Majors in various colleges and universities, draw lessons from the characteristics and advantages of other colleges and universities, and sum up, and put forward reasonable suggestions to provide theoretical support for the development of sports dance specialty in China. The contents of compulsory courses and elective courses are "disorderly", "miscellaneous", "miscellaneous", the pertinence and diversity of the course contents of the practice link are not reasonable, such as the.4 stadiums and the equipment configuration, the quantity and quality of each college are very different, the infrastructure allocation needs to be optimized step by step. Teachers' strength, the age of Sports Dance Teachers It tends to be young and professional, but the title structure is low and the teaching years are short. Some sports dance teachers in some sports colleges and universities have the phenomenon of "small class".5. In the source of life, the sex ratio of students learning sports dance is very different and the girls are still more. Students come from the ordinary high school graduates and many professional sports institutes.
