【摘要】：采茶舞是千百年來采茶者在茶葉采摘過程中的動作要領的總結,是一種民間傳統(tǒng)舞蹈。采茶舞的動作在發(fā)展與傳承的過程中從最開始的繁瑣逐漸變得精煉,更加貼合普通人群的愛好,對舞者的體能與技巧要求較低,主要突出形式的新奇與別致。廣場舞是我國近年來不斷發(fā)展出來的一種老年人休閑活動,其動作簡單富有韻律滿足了當代老年人健身與娛樂的需求。但是目前我國的廣場舞由于曲調單一、華而不實一直被年輕人所詬病。將采茶舞與廣場舞互相結合,為廣場舞提供科學的健身依據(jù)以及富有內(nèi)涵的舞蹈動作,是一種傳統(tǒng)民間文化發(fā)展、融合的新思路。本文從采茶舞的特色出發(fā),探究采茶舞與廣場舞互相融合的方式與優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:Tea picking dance is a summary of tea pickers' action in the process of tea picking for thousands of years. It is a kind of folk traditional dance. In the process of development and inheritance, the movement of tea picking dance gradually becomes refined from the beginning of the red tape, more in line with the interests of the general population, low requirements for the dancer's physical ability and skills, the main form of novelty and chic. Square dance is a kind of leisure activity for the elderly which has been developed in China in recent years. Its simple and rhythmic movements meet the needs of fitness and entertainment for the elderly. But the square dance in our country has been criticized by young people because of its single tune. The combination of tea picking dance and square dance is a new way of developing and merging traditional folk culture to provide scientific fitness basis and rich connotation dance movements for square dance. Based on the characteristics of tea picking dance, this paper explores the ways and advantages of tea picking dance and square dance.
