【摘要】：舞蹈是一門時空藝術(shù),人體的每個部位都能同時做出不同的動作,想要把它準(zhǔn)確的記錄下來,是由一個四維藝術(shù)向書面形式轉(zhuǎn)化的過程,這的確是復(fù)雜艱難。拉班舞譜至今已經(jīng)有80年歷史,雖然未成為世界通用舞譜,但是它得到世界大多數(shù)發(fā)達(dá)國家認(rèn)可和大范圍使用。拉班是一種具有普遍性和應(yīng)用性的技法,并且在動作記錄上可以像樂譜一樣靈活準(zhǔn)確的去記錄完成,所以是很值得去重視探究的,這種非口語的符號方便各國舞者之間沒有語言障礙的進(jìn)行共同交流和研究。本文以拉班舞譜及“力效”的科學(xué)原理為基礎(chǔ),通過相關(guān)資料收集研究對“力效”要素及二十面球體空間的科學(xué)原理闡述。并且在實踐運用中創(chuàng)作舞蹈《TRACK》時“力效”運用的啟發(fā)開導(dǎo),從力效要素和空間等方面擺脫創(chuàng)作時盲目的感性出發(fā),運用科學(xué)的理論方法準(zhǔn)確的表達(dá)舞蹈形象,對“力效”作用于舞蹈創(chuàng)作中人體動作的本質(zhì)把握和質(zhì)感提升等方面進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗總結(jié)出其中領(lǐng)悟和影響。
[Abstract]:Dance is an art of time and space. Every part of the body can make different movements at the same time. To record it accurately, it is a process of transforming from a four dimensional art to a written form. It is really complicated and difficult. The Laban dance has been 80 years old, although it has not become a world general dance, but it gets the most of the world. A number of developed countries are recognized and widely used. Laban is a general and practical technique, and it can be recorded as flexibly and accurately as music, so it is worth paying attention to. This non oral symbol facilitates the common communication and research of the dancers without language barriers between countries. On the basis of the scientific principle of Laban dance and "force effect", this paper expounds the scientific principle of "force effect" and the twenty sphere space through relevant data collection and studies, and enlightens the use of "force effect" in the creation of dance

in practice, and gets rid of the blind in the aspects of force effect factors and space. On the basis of sensibility, it uses scientific theoretical methods to express the image of dance accurately, and summarizes the understanding and influence on the effect of "force effect" on the essential grasp of the movement of the human body and the enhancement of the sense of quality in the dance creation.
