論專業(yè)舞蹈教育鏈《中專與本科建設的系統(tǒng)性與合理化構想》

【摘要】:經過多年的發(fā)展,我國專業(yè)舞蹈教育已經形成了完備的教育層次結構。專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)從中專、專科、本科到各級研究生教育,已成體系。從學歷層次結構上看來我國專業(yè)舞蹈教育已經形成了一根完整的教育鏈條。其中,專業(yè)舞蹈中專教育和本科教育是專業(yè)舞蹈教育鏈中最為重要的兩個環(huán)節(jié)。首先,專業(yè)舞蹈中專教育作為基礎教育階段,它的教育質量決定著專業(yè)舞蹈教育鏈的根基是否牢固。其次,由于目前我國專業(yè)舞蹈教育高等教育逐漸向普及化發(fā)展,專業(yè)舞蹈本科教育發(fā)展勢頭逐步攀升,成為了我國專業(yè)舞蹈教育鏈人才儲備與輸出的重要環(huán)節(jié)。專業(yè)舞蹈教育本身應該是一根完整的鏈條,這一完整性應當反映在學科建設、培養(yǎng)目標、專業(yè)設置、課程設計、師資結構等方面。從目前我國專業(yè)舞蹈教育的現狀看來,我國專業(yè)舞蹈教育質量良莠不齊,這些問題反映在我國專業(yè)舞蹈中專教育和本科教育中便是:中專與本科在各自培養(yǎng)目標的定位上出現含混;專業(yè)舞蹈教育中專與本科在各自教學內容上不相對接;專業(yè)舞蹈教育中專與本科在專業(yè)設置上互不對位;專業(yè)舞蹈中專教育,在專業(yè)基礎性內容上含混、不清晰、不扎實;專業(yè)舞蹈本科教育,在專業(yè)內容上與專業(yè)本身要求的不符合、不突出、不提升。以上一系列問題導致目前我國專業(yè)舞蹈教育鏈出現脫落、失衡,甚至局部損毀的狀況。這對專業(yè)舞蹈中專與本科教育的發(fā)展產生了嚴重的阻礙,使得中專與本科教學質量評估長時間處于失語與尷尬的境地。并且,這一現象在專業(yè)舞蹈教育發(fā)展的過程中尚未引起足夠的重視。因此,筆者將嘗試以完善我國專業(yè)舞蹈教育鏈為基本出發(fā)點,并通過教育鏈所應該遵循的規(guī)律、原則和方法分析當下我國中專舞蹈教育和本科舞蹈教育的現狀,從而對我國專業(yè)舞蹈中專教育和本科教育進行系統(tǒng)性和合理化的構想。
[Abstract]:After years of development, China's professional dance education has formed a complete educational hierarchy.Professional personnel training from technical secondary schools, colleges, undergraduate to all levels of graduate education, has become a system.From the educational level structure, China's professional dance education has formed a complete chain of education.Among them, professional dance secondary education and undergraduate education are the two most important links in the professional dance education chain.First of all, professional dance secondary education as a basic education stage, its educational quality determines whether the foundation of the professional dance education chain is firm.Secondly, as the higher education of professional dance education in our country is gradually popularizing, the development momentum of undergraduate education of professional dance is rising step by step, which has become an important link of talent reserve and output of professional dance education chain in our country.The professional dance education itself should be a complete chain, which should be reflected in the subject construction, training goal, specialty setting, curriculum design, teaching staff structure and so on.Judging from the present situation of professional dance education in China, the quality of professional dance education in our country is mixed.These problems are reflected in the specialized dance secondary education and undergraduate education in our country: there is ambiguity in the orientation of the respective training objectives between the technical secondary schools and the undergraduate students, the specialized dance education technical secondary schools and the undergraduate students do not connect with each other in their respective teaching contents;Specialized dance education specialized secondary school and undergraduate course in the professional establishment of each other; professional dance secondary education, in the professional basic content is vague, unclear, not solid; professional dance undergraduate education,In professional content and professional itself requirements do not meet, do not highlight, do not promote.The above problems lead to the exfoliation, imbalance and even partial damage of the professional dance education chain.This has seriously hindered the development of professional dance secondary school and undergraduate education, which makes the evaluation of teaching quality of technical secondary school and undergraduate course in the situation of aphasia and embarrassment for a long time.Moreover, this phenomenon has not attracted enough attention in the development of professional dance education.Therefore, the author will try to improve our professional dance education chain as the basic starting point, and through the education chain should follow the rules, principles and methods to analyze the current situation of dance education in secondary schools and undergraduate dance education in China.So that the professional dance secondary education and undergraduate education systematic and rational ideas.
