(International Council for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Sport, and Dance, ICHPERSD)

　　國際健康、體育、娛樂、運動與舞蹈理.會(Intemational Couneil for Health，，Physieal Edueation，Reereation，Sport，and Dance，ICHpERSD)世界上成立較早且有影響的國際體育學術(shù)組織。1950年美國健康、體育、娛樂與舞蹈聯(lián)盟執(zhí)委會開始醞釀建立這一組織，1958年該組織在羅馬正式成立。該理事會是聯(lián)合國教科文組織的聯(lián)系組織，得到國際奧委會的承認，并在聯(lián)合國注冊為具有501(c)(3)身份的非贏利性組織。 該組織既有個人會員(教師、研究人員、教練、教育管理者等)，也有團體會員(健康、體育、娛樂、運動與舞蹈領(lǐng)域的學校的系、部，以及國家和國際組織)。 它的目標是促進學術(shù)研究，在其成員中交流專業(yè)性的信息。該理事會積極進行有關(guān)信息、研究開發(fā)和各種知識在世界范圍的傳遞。 該理事會每兩年召開一次代表大會。執(zhí)委會由主席、前任主席、秘書長、國際副主席、7名地區(qū)副主席、雜志主編和財務(wù)委員會主任組成。該組織的機構(gòu)有非洲、亞洲、歐洲、一中東、拉丁美洲、北美和加勒比、大洋洲的7個地區(qū)組織。理事會設(shè)有33個專門委員會。 該組織自1968年成立以來，針對不同的專題，已舉辦了28屆理事會世界大會及大量的地區(qū)代表大會。為135個國家的專業(yè)人員和組織提供過服務(wù)與合作。 該組織的出版物為《國際健康、體育、娛樂、運動與舞蹈理事會雜志》，一年4期，刊物上有英、法、德和西班牙語摘要。該雜志的對象是各國奧委會、各國際單項體育聯(lián)合會、聯(lián)合國教科文組織、國際奧委會、世界衛(wèi)生組織、部分圖書館及該組織的成員。理事會還出版其歷屆世界大會論文集、地區(qū)大會論文集等。 該理事會總部自1958年起一直設(shè)在美國健康、體育、娛樂與舞蹈聯(lián)盟總部。通訊地址:ICHPERSDHeadquarters 19(X) Assgeiation Drive Reston，VA 20191USA:電話:(703)476一3462或(703)476一3486:傳真:(703)476一9527:電子信箱:ichPer@aahPerd.org。
