廣西巴馬瑤族民間舞蹈的敘事功能研究

【摘要】:本文選取了廣西河池巴馬瑤族自治縣東山鄉(xiāng)卡橋村巴根屯為田野考察點(diǎn),該縣的重大節(jié)日“祝著節(jié)”于2007年申獲廣西區(qū)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)傳承基地,節(jié)日中的銅鼓舞和陀番舞,是巴馬東山鄉(xiāng)番瑤民間廣為流傳的舞蹈。每年農(nóng)歷五月二十九日是瑤年“祝著節(jié)”,為紀(jì)念番瑤創(chuàng)世始祖密洛陀的生日,番瑤族民會(huì)穿上節(jié)日盛裝跳《陀番舞》和《豐收銅鼓舞》。本文以廣西巴馬瑤族自治縣“祝著節(jié)”中的兩個(gè)傳統(tǒng)的代表性民間舞蹈為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合田野考察,采用文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法、訪談法、理論分析法等研究方法,運(yùn)用敘事學(xué)、符號(hào)學(xué)、美學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科理論,從民族歷史和民族文化的背景下,使藝術(shù)學(xué)中舞蹈藝術(shù)與敘事學(xué)相結(jié)合,以敘事學(xué)的視角看待、分析、解讀民間舞蹈,把民間舞蹈看成一門(mén)民間的、無(wú)聲的“語(yǔ)言”來(lái)分析,即從民間舞蹈的形態(tài)、動(dòng)作、隊(duì)形等舞蹈敘事話語(yǔ)符號(hào)層,民間舞蹈的舞句、圖式、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)等舞蹈敘事話語(yǔ)的結(jié)構(gòu)層,以及主題思想、文化內(nèi)涵等舞蹈敘事話語(yǔ)功能層三個(gè)敘事層面由淺入深、由表及里、由外到內(nèi)的進(jìn)行辯證統(tǒng)一、相互作用、科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的分析,提出并詳細(xì)闡述了“何為敘事性民間舞蹈”、“民間舞蹈如何敘事”、“民間舞蹈為何敘事”等三個(gè)層面的問(wèn)題,使我們能夠從根源把握民間舞蹈話語(yǔ)動(dòng)作、話語(yǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)及其語(yǔ)言背后所表達(dá)和傳遞的深層主題和文化蘊(yùn)含,從而避免民間舞蹈的研究與民族文化“兩張皮”現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)而力求得出通過(guò)本文對(duì)民間舞蹈的敘事功能研究有助于更好地進(jìn)行民間舞蹈的理解、復(fù)原、保護(hù)和傳承的結(jié)論。本論文一共分五個(gè)部分。緒論,主要闡明本論題的選題緣由和意義、本論題的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究的內(nèi)容及方法;第一章,主要對(duì)本文所研究民間舞蹈所在的民間文化“整個(gè)系統(tǒng)”的范圍在定義、特征、種類(lèi)等進(jìn)行劃定,并進(jìn)一步對(duì)敘事的界定、敘事學(xué)相關(guān)理論在舞蹈中的運(yùn)用、民間舞蹈敘事性的界定等進(jìn)行了探討,并通過(guò)筆者在廣西巴馬實(shí)地采風(fēng)的民間舞蹈中例證了廣西巴馬瑤族存在敘事性民間舞蹈,從而回答了“何為敘事性民間舞蹈”的問(wèn)題,對(duì)本文之后研究民間舞蹈的敘事功能提供了明確的研究對(duì)象:第二章,首先對(duì)所研究民間舞蹈所在的“整個(gè)系統(tǒng)”從地域文化、布努瑤文化、節(jié)日文化、語(yǔ)言文化等進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的敘事文化背景介紹,之后運(yùn)用敘事學(xué)理論,對(duì)民間舞蹈中的祭祀儀式、形態(tài)符號(hào)等進(jìn)行其本體敘事話語(yǔ)分析,對(duì)民間舞蹈中的如陀番歌謠和銅鼓樂(lè)等舞蹈音樂(lè)、女子的哈西和銀項(xiàng)圈等舞蹈服飾、銅鼓和簸箕等舞蹈道具等進(jìn)行其輔助敘事話語(yǔ)分析。從中總結(jié)出了民間舞蹈的敘事動(dòng)作、敘事修辭等本體敘事話語(yǔ)特征,也就是舞蹈敘事話語(yǔ)的符號(hào)層和結(jié)構(gòu)層,從而回答“民間舞蹈如何敘事”的問(wèn)題;第三章,通過(guò)之前的論證總結(jié)出了巴馬瑤族民間舞蹈的五個(gè)敘事功能特征作為研究成果,即敘事性民間舞蹈在民間的族群神話中尋找敘事文本、在儀式的時(shí)空背景下?tīng)I(yíng)造敘事環(huán)境、在舞蹈的語(yǔ)言動(dòng)律中構(gòu)建文化符號(hào)、在圖式的程序套路中展開(kāi)敘述結(jié)構(gòu)、在獨(dú)特的服飾道具中彰顯內(nèi)心表達(dá)等五種敘事話語(yǔ)特征。論證了其在中國(guó)美學(xué)思想和中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化中所體現(xiàn)的文化蘊(yùn)含,從而闡述回答了“民間舞蹈為何敘事”的深層含義;最后結(jié)束語(yǔ)部分,通過(guò)運(yùn)用敘事學(xué)分析民間舞蹈,對(duì)民間舞蹈敘事功能進(jìn)行科學(xué)的、全面的挖掘、總結(jié)和提煉,從而得出有利于我們避免當(dāng)前民間舞蹈研究中存在的舞蹈動(dòng)作與舞蹈意義分離和舞蹈語(yǔ)言與民族文化分離的這一現(xiàn)象,有利于我們做好民間舞蹈的保護(hù)與傳承的這一觀點(diǎn)。對(duì)本文民間舞蹈的敘事功能進(jìn)行了全面的、科學(xué)的概括和總結(jié),表達(dá)了筆者對(duì)當(dāng)前民間舞蹈研究中存在舞蹈動(dòng)作與舞蹈意義分離和舞蹈語(yǔ)言與民族文化分離的現(xiàn)象,從而使得很多優(yōu)秀的敘事性民間舞蹈只能在文字中看到,而實(shí)際卻可能或已經(jīng)消失,從而得出通過(guò)運(yùn)用敘事學(xué)分析民間舞蹈,對(duì)民間舞蹈敘事功能的挖掘、總結(jié)和提煉,有利于我們“復(fù)原”、保護(hù)和傳承民間舞蹈,弘揚(yáng)民族文化和精神的這一觀點(diǎn)。民間舞蹈作為民族文化本身是具有敘事功能的,本文民間舞蹈的敘事功能研究,是將民間舞蹈當(dāng)作一門(mén)千年流傳下來(lái)的“語(yǔ)言”來(lái)研究的。換言之,就是研究分析民間舞蹈這門(mén)語(yǔ)言是如何運(yùn)用自己獨(dú)特的、極具魅力的、不可替代的言語(yǔ)方式敘述關(guān)于本民族的故事的。然而,由于我們很長(zhǎng)時(shí)期認(rèn)為“舞蹈善于抒情而拙于敘事”使得我們忽視了其敘事性。所以,對(duì)民間舞蹈的敘事功能研究確有其必要性和緊迫性。
