【摘要】：由中央芭蕾舞團推出的大型原創(chuàng)芭蕾舞劇《牡丹亭》,是一部用西方芭蕾語言完美地展現(xiàn)東方現(xiàn)實主義和浪漫主義藝術(shù)之美的芭蕾經(jīng)典之作。芭蕾舞劇《牡丹亭》自2008年5月在國家大劇院首映以來,受到文學界、戲曲界、舞蹈界及其他各界人士的熱切關注,廣受社會各界的喜愛。這部作品在尊重和繼承中國傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)典昆曲《牡丹亭》的基礎上,力求通過古典而高雅的芭蕾形式表現(xiàn)出來,達到中西完美結(jié)合,讓中國的芭蕾舞劇走向世界。中央芭蕾舞團立足弘揚傳統(tǒng)文化,加強國際交流的觀念,帶領《牡丹亭》劇組先后在愛丁堡國際藝術(shù)節(jié)、美國林肯中心、英國的倫敦、曼徹斯特等地演出,這使芭蕾舞劇《牡丹亭》在國外獲得不小的名氣。該劇在收獲經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益的同時,也打響了中國原創(chuàng)芭蕾舞劇的品牌。在搬上舞臺已經(jīng)十年的時間里,芭蕾舞劇《牡丹亭》在國內(nèi)外多個地區(qū)、國家進行展演,并在演出過程中根據(jù)演出市場的發(fā)展趨勢與觀眾的文化需求不斷進行修改、創(chuàng)新,逐漸日趨成熟。本文將以音樂學、管理學、市場學、營銷學等多門學科的理論知識作為支撐,從芭蕾舞劇《牡丹亭》的本體特色、市場營銷、資金運作及人才管理等方面為研究視角,通過對一手資料的收集、整理和對相關論文的閱讀和參考,對芭蕾舞劇《牡丹亭》項目運作手段進行深入研究,為今后同類作品的運作及我國原創(chuàng)芭蕾舞劇演出市場的發(fā)展提供借鑒和經(jīng)驗參考。
[Abstract]:A large original ballet by the Central Ballet, Peony Pavilion. Ballet is a classic of ballet that perfectly demonstrates the beauty of oriental realism and romantic art in Western ballet language. The ballet Peony Pavilion has premiered in the National Theatre since May 2008. By the literary, opera, dance and other people from all walks of life, widely loved by the community. This work on the basis of respect and inheritance of the traditional Chinese classic Kunqu Opera "Peony Pavilion". Through the classical and elegant form of ballet to achieve the perfect combination of Chinese and Western ballet to the world. The Central Ballet based on the promotion of traditional culture and strengthen the concept of international exchanges. Lead the crew in Edinburgh International Arts Festival, Lincoln Center, England, London, Manchester and other places. This has made the ballet Peony Pavilion quite famous abroad. It has not only gained economic and social benefits, but also established the brand of Chinese original ballet. It has been on stage for ten years. Ballet "Peony Pavilion" in many regions at home and abroad, the national exhibition, and in the performance process according to the performance market development trend and the audience's cultural needs are constantly modified, innovative. Gradually maturing. This article will be supported by musicology, management, marketing, marketing and other disciplines of theoretical knowledge, from the ballet "Peony Pavilion" of the main features, marketing. Capital operation and talent management for the research perspective, through the collection of primary materials, collation and related papers reading and reference, the ballet "Peony Pavilion" project operation means in-depth study. To provide reference and experience for the future operation of similar works and the development of Chinese original ballet performance market.
