【摘要】：近年來(lái)，隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)，建筑業(yè)獲得了巨大的發(fā)展空間。建筑工程質(zhì)量和人民生活質(zhì)量息息相關(guān)，密不可分，由于建筑工程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題而引發(fā)的投訴、糾紛、以及索賠等已成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)、熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。建筑裝飾工程質(zhì)量是建筑工程質(zhì)量中尤為重要的組成部分，裝飾工程施工質(zhì)量管理中存在的問(wèn)題直接關(guān)系到人民的身體健康和生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。 本文主要以全面質(zhì)量管理理論體系為基礎(chǔ)，，圍繞沈陽(yáng)錦繡天工程公司質(zhì)量發(fā)展目標(biāo)，針對(duì)沈陽(yáng)錦繡天工程公司質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、制度環(huán)境以及檢查驗(yàn)收等幾個(gè)方面存在的問(wèn)題及其原因進(jìn)行了分析，并在此基礎(chǔ)上，分別從人的因素，技術(shù)的因素，管理的因素，環(huán)境的因素，社會(huì)的因素等方面說(shuō)明建立沈陽(yáng)錦繡天工程公司質(zhì)量管理體系的必要性。 裝飾工程的質(zhì)量管理主要集中在對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)階段，施工階段，驗(yàn)收階段三個(gè)階段的質(zhì)量控制。其中施工階段在整個(gè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中起到了承上啟下的關(guān)鍵性作用，關(guān)系到整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的成敗。本文分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外質(zhì)量管理的發(fā)展歷史，并以沈陽(yáng)錦繡天工程公司裝飾工程質(zhì)量管理的實(shí)際情況為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合具體案例和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出裝飾工程質(zhì)量管理應(yīng)該以預(yù)防為主，側(cè)重設(shè)計(jì)階段和施工階段的質(zhì)量控制，建立了一套比較完善的裝飾工程質(zhì)量保證體系及保障措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's economy, the construction industry has obtained a huge space for development.The quality of construction works is closely related to the quality of life of the people. The complaints, disputes and claims caused by the quality of construction projects have become the focus and hot issues of the society.The quality of architectural decoration engineering is an important part of the quality of building engineering. The problems existing in the construction quality management of decoration engineering are directly related to the health of the people and the safety of life and property.Based on the theory system of total quality management, this paper focuses on the quality development goal of Shenyang Jinxiutian Engineering Company, and aims at the present situation of quality management and organization structure of Shenyang Jinxiutian Engineering Company.The problems existing in the system environment, inspection and acceptance and their causes are analyzed. On this basis, the factors of human, technology, management, environment and so on are analyzed, respectively.Social factors explain the necessity of establishing quality management system of Shenyang Jinxiutian Engineering Company.The quality management of decoration engineering is mainly focused on the quality control of design stage, construction stage and acceptance stage.The construction stage plays a key role in the whole project implementation process, related to the success or failure of the whole project.This paper analyzes the development history of quality management at home and abroad, and based on the actual situation of decoration engineering quality management in Shenyang Jinxiutian Engineering Company, combined with specific cases and working experience, puts forward that the quality management of decoration engineering should be based on prevention.Focusing on the quality control of the design stage and the construction stage, a set of perfect quality assurance system and measures for decoration engineering are established.
