【摘要】：發(fā)展性教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)是一種全新的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)思想,相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)來(lái)說(shuō),發(fā)展性教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)更加注重對(duì)于教學(xué)過(guò)程的關(guān)注,它是基于一定的目標(biāo),并在實(shí)施中制定明確、具體的階段性發(fā)展目標(biāo)。發(fā)展性教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)并非以甄別和選拔為目的,而是通過(guò)評(píng)價(jià)來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生身上所存在的問(wèn)題,并找出解決辦法,最終促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,它更注重學(xué)生發(fā)展的全面性,注重評(píng)價(jià)方法的多樣性和評(píng)價(jià)主體的多元性。同時(shí),發(fā)展性教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)更加注重學(xué)生本人在評(píng)價(jià)中的作用,不但增加了學(xué)生自評(píng)和互評(píng)的比重,而且關(guān)注學(xué)生不同個(gè)性的發(fā)展。 音樂(lè)學(xué)科是以音樂(lè)這種藝術(shù)門類為主要教學(xué)內(nèi)容的學(xué)科,而音樂(lè)自身的特性決定了在音樂(lè)教學(xué)過(guò)程中,實(shí)施發(fā)展性教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)是具備一定的可能性并且具備一定合理性的。發(fā)展性的音樂(lè)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)是用發(fā)展性的評(píng)價(jià)思想結(jié)合音樂(lè)學(xué)科的特點(diǎn),以《音樂(lè)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》所提倡的教學(xué)理念為依據(jù),結(jié)合音樂(lè)教學(xué)當(dāng)中的實(shí)際情況提出所進(jìn)行的一種有益嘗試和探索。 本文內(nèi)容共分三章,其中第一章是從普通教育學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)思想和音樂(lè)學(xué)科的特點(diǎn)屬性兩個(gè)角度出發(fā)來(lái)闡述發(fā)展性音樂(lè)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的思想理論基礎(chǔ)。第二章是分析了傳統(tǒng)音樂(lè)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的不足以及發(fā)展性音樂(lè)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)所具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)。第三章則比較詳細(xì)的論述了發(fā)展性音樂(lè)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的基本理念、基本特點(diǎn)、實(shí)施程序、實(shí)施建議以及探索了幾種有可能實(shí)施的發(fā)展性音樂(lè)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)方法。作者抱著一種學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度將發(fā)展性音樂(lè)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的問(wèn)題提出,希望能夠得到專家和同行的批評(píng)和指點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Developmental teaching evaluation is a new teaching evaluation thought. Compared with traditional teaching evaluation, developmental teaching evaluation pays more attention to the teaching process. It is based on certain goals and is clearly formulated in the implementation. The concrete stage development goal. The purpose of developmental teaching evaluation is not to screen and select, but to find out the problems existing in students through evaluation, and to find out solutions to promote the overall development of students, so as to pay more attention to the comprehensiveness of students' development. Pay attention to the diversity of evaluation methods and the diversity of evaluation subjects. At the same time, the developmental teaching evaluation pays more attention to the role of students themselves in the evaluation, which not only increases the proportion of students' self-evaluation and mutual evaluation, but also pays attention to the development of students' different personality. Music is a subject whose main teaching content is music, and the characteristics of music itself determine that it is possible and reasonable to carry out developmental teaching evaluation in the process of music teaching. The developmental evaluation of music teaching is based on the teaching idea advocated by Music Curriculum Standard, which combines the characteristics of music subject with the thought of developmental evaluation. Combined with the actual situation in music teaching, this paper puts forward a useful attempt and exploration. The content of this paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter expounds the ideological and theoretical basis of developmental music teaching evaluation from two angles: the evaluation thought of general pedagogy and the characteristic attribute of music subject. The second chapter analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional music teaching evaluation and the advantages of the developmental music teaching evaluation. The third chapter discusses in detail the basic concept, basic characteristics, implementation procedures, implementation suggestions and exploration of several possible developmental music teaching evaluation methods. The author puts forward the problem of developmental music teaching evaluation with a learning attitude and hopes to get criticism and advice from experts and peers.
