【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,文化強(qiáng)國的理念越來越引起人們的重視。全國的文化體制改革工作如火如荼,文化體制改革的不斷深化,使廣大文化工作者活力倍增,文化產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)作空前繁榮。其中推出文化精品對社會音樂教育的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用,各個地區(qū)各個省實(shí)施推進(jìn)精品戰(zhàn)略,取得了十分顯著的效果。音樂本質(zhì)上是人類社會生活的產(chǎn)物,它來源于生活,無數(shù)的音樂藝術(shù)實(shí)踐和社會文化生活實(shí)踐證明,音樂離不開社會,社會也需要音樂。滿足人民群眾日益增長的文化需求,己成為文藝創(chuàng)作、生產(chǎn)、表演的目標(biāo)和追求。筆者將從社會音樂教育的角度剖析我國的文化體制改革對社會音樂教育的影響,以及文化體制改革與社會音樂教育之間的相互關(guān)系,再根據(jù)具體的實(shí)例分析改革存在的問題以及解決的措施。全文包括五個章節(jié)。 第一章,文化體制改革的內(nèi)涵。主要論述了文化體制改革的背景、定義、指導(dǎo)思想以及文化體制改革的意義。第二章,社會音樂教育的內(nèi)涵。對于社會音樂教育概念和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析。第三章,我國文化體制改革與社會音樂教育的關(guān)系。分析文化體制改革與社會音樂教育之間的相互影響、相互作用的關(guān)系。第四章,對文化體制改革先進(jìn)地區(qū)進(jìn)行個案分析。本文列舉了陜西、北京以及浙江蕭山三個具體案例,對其文化體制改革成功的原因、存在的問題以及不足之處和解決的措施、策略進(jìn)行了有針對性的研究。第五章,從社會音樂教育的角度談對我國文化體制改革的建議。堅持把社會效益放在首位,重在平衡社會效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益；堅持以提高民眾的音樂素養(yǎng)為前提,重在促進(jìn)民族音樂文化；堅持以了解音樂聽眾的心理為前提,重在音樂文化有效的傳播；社會音樂教育需要規(guī)范的行業(yè)指導(dǎo),提出了自己的建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, people pay more and more attention to the concept of cultural power. The reform of the national cultural system is in full swing, and the deepening of the reform of the cultural system has multiplied the vitality of the vast number of cultural workers and made the creation of cultural products more prosperous than ever. The introduction of cultural boutique plays a vital role in the development of social music education. Music is essentially the product of human social life, it comes from life, countless music art practice and social and cultural life practice prove that music can not be separated from society, society also needs music. Meeting the increasing cultural needs of the masses has become the goal and pursuit of literary creation, production and performance. From the angle of social music education, the author will analyze the influence of the cultural system reform on the social music education, and the relationship between the cultural system reform and the social music education. Then, according to the concrete examples, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the reform and the measures to be solved. The full text includes five chapters. The first chapter, the connotation of cultural system reform. This paper mainly discusses the background, definition, guiding ideology and significance of cultural system reform. The second chapter, the connotation of social music education. The concept and characteristics of social music education are analyzed. The third chapter, the relationship between the cultural system reform and social music education. This paper analyzes the relationship between cultural system reform and social music education. The fourth chapter, carries on the case analysis to the cultural system reform advanced area. This paper enumerates three specific cases of Shaanxi, Beijing and Xiaoshan, Zhejiang Province, and makes a targeted study on the reasons for the success of its cultural system reform, the existing problems, the shortcomings and the measures to be solved. The fifth chapter, from the angle of social music education, discusses the suggestion to our country's cultural system reform. Insisting on putting social benefits first, balancing social benefits and economic benefits, insisting on promoting folk music culture on the premise of improving people's musical literacy; Insisting on understanding the psychology of the music audience, focusing on the effective dissemination of music culture, the social music education needs standardized industry guidance, and puts forward its own suggestions.
