[Abstract]:Zhao Shufeng, host of the project "A Cross-border Comparative study of Yao Marriage and Custom Music in China and the Old Yao nationality", is a native of Xiangcheng City, Henan Province, Ph. D. in Literature (Musicology), and is currently an associate professor at the Conservatory of Music of Hebei normal University. A postdoctoral fellow of the China ritual Music Research Center, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Fujian normal University. In recent years, a great deal of time has been spent walking in the fields every year, which has obtained abundant firsthand information about the study of minority music culture. The research interests mainly focus on the academic history of musicology between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, the comparative study of the music culture of the southern and southwestern ethnic groups, the study of Taoist music in the south of Hebei Province and the music culture of the ethnic minorities in the north of Hebei Province.
