【摘要】：大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難,而音樂類大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的境遇尤為尷尬,如何走出當(dāng)前的困境已成為廣大教育者和教育管理者需著力研究的課題。國外豐富的經(jīng)驗,尤其是社區(qū)音樂教育在整合利用社區(qū)資源、多元化創(chuàng)設(shè)教育形式、無代價釋放創(chuàng)業(yè)資源和廣泛吸納音樂專業(yè)人才方面的做法,對我國當(dāng)前解決音樂類大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題無疑具有重要的借鑒和啟示作用:政府應(yīng)充分重視社區(qū)音樂教育的就業(yè)途徑;社會各界應(yīng)著力拓展和整合就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)空間;加強大學(xué)生對社區(qū)音樂教育價值的需求引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:It is difficult for college graduates to obtain employment, but music graduates are in a particularly awkward situation. How to get out of the current predicament has become a subject that educators and educational administrators should focus on. The rich experience of foreign countries, especially the practice of community music education in integrating and utilizing community resources, diversifying educational forms, freeing up entrepreneurial resources at no cost and widely absorbing music professionals, There is no doubt that the government should pay more attention to the employment path of community music education, the social circles should focus on expanding and integrating the employment and pioneering space, and the government should pay more attention to the employment path of the music education. To strengthen the demand of college students for the value of community music education.
