【摘要】：改革開放后的二十多年中我國普通高校音樂教育發(fā)展迅速，取得了很大的成績，但是仍然存在一些問題。其中最主要的問題是：一、普通高校音樂教育沒有面向全體學(xué)生。二、教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)置較隨意，缺少對世界音樂文化的認(rèn)同。 美國在二十世紀(jì)六十年代發(fā)表了《唐哥伍德宣言》(以下簡稱《宣言》)，《宣言》第一次提倡音樂藝術(shù)教育應(yīng)成為學(xué)校課程的核心，，并在1993年美國政府頒布的《2000年目標(biāo)：美國教育法》中，首次把藝術(shù)確定為學(xué)校的核心課程(其他核心學(xué)科是英語、數(shù)學(xué)、科學(xué)、歷史和地理)。在《宣言》的影響下，美國大學(xué)都開設(shè)了豐富的音樂課程，許多大學(xué)還開設(shè)了“世界音樂”的內(nèi)容，并出版了許多“世界音樂”教材。 針對我國普通高校音樂教育存在的主要問題，我們應(yīng)該借鑒唐哥伍德宣言的精神，發(fā)展面向全體學(xué)生、能夠?yàn)閷W(xué)生提供世界音樂文化內(nèi)容的普通高校音樂教育。 本文共分三個部分。第一部分主要介紹我國普通高校音樂教育現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問題；第二部分主要介紹《宣言》產(chǎn)生的背景、內(nèi)容以及影響及；第三部分主要介紹《宣言》對我國普通高校音樂教育的啟示。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, music education in colleges and universities has developed rapidly and made great achievements in the past twenty years, but there are still some problems. Among them the most important problem is: first, the ordinary university music education does not face all the students. Second, the content of the teaching is set at random. Lack of recognition of the world's music culture. In the 1960s, the United States issued the Tangerwood Declaration (hereinafter referred to as the Declaration), which for the first time advocated that music and art education should be the core of the school curriculum. In 1993, the US government promulgated the goal of 2000: American Education Act, which for the first time defined art as the core curriculum of schools (other core subjects are English, Mathematics, Science, History and Geography). Under the influence of the Manifesto, American universities have offered rich music courses, and many universities have offered the contents of "World Music". In view of the main problems existing in music education in colleges and universities in China, we should draw lessons from the spirit of the Tangerwood Declaration and develop it for all students. This paper is divided into three parts, which can provide students with music education of the world music culture. The first part mainly introduces the current situation and existing problems of music education in colleges and universities in China, the second part mainly introduces the background, content and influence of the Manifesto. The third part mainly introduces the revelation of the Manifesto to the music education in colleges and universities in China.
