【摘要】：隨著老齡化社會(huì)的發(fā)展，老年合唱團(tuán)作為特殊的集體倍受社會(huì)關(guān)注。它作為一種集體的藝術(shù)不僅表現(xiàn)了老年的精神面貌，對(duì)社會(huì)的藝術(shù)文化建設(shè)也有著特殊的意義。因此，老年合唱藝術(shù)活動(dòng)成為了老年藝術(shù)生活的一個(gè)重要組成部分。近年來，老年合唱團(tuán)的規(guī)模不斷壯大，演出水平明顯提高，團(tuán)內(nèi)組織了多種形式的學(xué)習(xí)排練，政府及企業(yè)為合唱團(tuán)的發(fā)展提供了不少幫助。但是，老年合唱團(tuán)在不斷發(fā)展的同時(shí)也出現(xiàn)了不少的問題，首先，合唱團(tuán)多數(shù)都是大齊唱，聲音不融合，方法跟獨(dú)唱大同小異等。這些傳統(tǒng)的方式方法嚴(yán)重阻礙了棗莊市老年合唱水平的進(jìn)一步提高。再者，，合唱是綜合的藝術(shù)，老年合唱團(tuán)的隊(duì)員多數(shù)是沒有音樂基礎(chǔ)的，對(duì)于整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的發(fā)展來說，執(zhí)教是非常重要的。沒有好的執(zhí)教指導(dǎo)，整個(gè)合唱團(tuán)的發(fā)展只會(huì)原地踏步，沒有進(jìn)展。第三，老年合唱團(tuán)排練演出得不到維持和發(fā)展，活動(dòng)資金的缺乏使得隊(duì)員出現(xiàn)流失現(xiàn)象，合唱積極性不高。此外，還有合唱團(tuán)成員家屬的不支持、自身身體欠佳等因素，都嚴(yán)重影響了棗莊市老年合唱藝術(shù)活動(dòng)的進(jìn)程。因此我們必須要正視目前存在的問題，積極探討老年合唱的健康發(fā)展的道路，努力營造和諧愉快的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，充分展現(xiàn)老年合唱的藝術(shù)魅力。 本文立足于棗莊市具有代表性的幾個(gè)老年合唱團(tuán)為典例，綜合運(yùn)用多種方法對(duì)棗莊市老年合唱團(tuán)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地呈現(xiàn)。第一部分簡要概括了中國老年合唱藝術(shù)活動(dòng)發(fā)展的概況，在總體預(yù)覽了中國老年合唱藝術(shù)活動(dòng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的基礎(chǔ)上，引出了棗莊市老年合唱團(tuán)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；第二部分是筆者通過參觀走訪調(diào)查對(duì)棗莊市老年合唱團(tuán)現(xiàn)狀的具體呈現(xiàn)，包括：老年合唱團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)人、排練場所、合唱隊(duì)員、家屬和觀眾等方面；第三部分是根據(jù)調(diào)查的現(xiàn)狀闡述棗莊市老年合唱團(tuán)發(fā)展存在的3個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題；第四部分主要依據(jù)現(xiàn)狀提出了自己的幾點(diǎn)思考，分別從老年合唱團(tuán)的管理模式、老年合唱團(tuán)的資金來源、老年合唱團(tuán)演唱水平提高、老年合唱活動(dòng)方案四點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述，具有一定的參考價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of the aging society, the elderly choir as a special collective has attracted much attention. As a collective art, it not only reflects the spirit of old age, but also has special significance for the construction of social art and culture. Therefore, the elderly chorus art activities have become an important part of the elderly art life. In recent years, the scale of the senior choir has been growing, the performance level has improved obviously, various forms of learning and rehearsals have been organized in the troupe, and the government and enterprises have provided a lot of help for the development of the choir. However, there are many problems with the continuous development of the senior choir. Firstly, most of the choir sing together, the voice is not mixed, and the method is similar to that of soloist and so on. These traditional ways and methods seriously hindered the further improvement of the level of the old chorus in Zaozhuang City. Furthermore, chorus is a comprehensive art, and most of the members of the senior choir have no musical basis, so teaching is very important for the development of the whole team. Without good coaching guidance, the development of the choir will only stay where it is, without progress. Third, the performance of the senior choir can not be maintained and developed, the lack of funds makes the loss of players, chorus enthusiasm is not high. In addition, the lack of support and poor health of the members of the choir have seriously affected the process of the art activities of the elderly chorus in Zaozhuang City. Therefore, we must face up to the existing problems, actively explore the healthy development of the elderly chorus, strive to create a harmonious and happy learning atmosphere, and fully show the artistic charm of the elderly chorus. Based on several typical examples of the elderly choir in Zaozhuang, this paper presents in detail the present situation of the elderly-aged choir in Zaozhuang by using a variety of methods. The first part briefly summarizes the development of Chinese senior choral art activities, on the basis of a general preview of the development of Chinese senior choral art activities, leads to the development of the Zaozhuang elderly choir. The second part is the author through the visit survey of the status quo of the elderly choir in Zaozhuang City, including: senior choir leaders, rehearsals, chorus players, family and audience, and so on; The third part is based on the investigation of the status quo of Zaozhuang City elderly Chorus development of three key issues; the fourth part of the main according to the status of their own thinking, respectively from the elderly choir management model, The capital source of the senior citizen choir, the improvement of the singing level of the old choir, and the four points of the plan of the chorus activity for the aged are expounded, which has certain reference value and practical significance.
