【摘要】：大學生的心理問題直接影響其在校的學習、生活和交往,同時也對他們畢業(yè)后的工作和生活造成不良影響,甚至也影響了社會的穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展。利用音樂教育實施心理健康教育既具有必要性也具有可行性。加深對音樂功能的認識,增加音樂課程的比重;發(fā)揮音樂特長生的作用,組織社團活動,營造音樂學習的氛圍;發(fā)揮音樂媒體資源在心理健康教育中的作用是高校實施音樂教育,促進大學生心理健康的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The psychological problems of college students directly affect their study, life and communication in school, and at the same time, they also have a negative impact on their work and life after graduation, and even affect the stability and development of society. It is necessary and feasible to use music education to carry out mental health education. To deepen the understanding of music function, to increase the proportion of music courses, to give play to the role of music students, to organize community activities, and to create an atmosphere for music learning; Playing the role of music media resources in mental health education is an effective way for colleges and universities to implement music education and promote college students' mental health.
