【摘要】：鋼琴演奏中,演奏者不但需要具備嫻熟的演奏技巧,還需要靈活、協(xié)調(diào)、輕松的肢體配合。在實際演奏中,因諸多因素的影響,演奏者在演奏過程中往往會產(chǎn)生不同程度的緊張感,對鋼琴演奏效果產(chǎn)生影響。因此,如何輕松自如地進行鋼琴演奏,就成為演奏者必須重視的問題。本文分析了鋼琴演奏中緊張和放松的關(guān)系以及演奏中產(chǎn)生緊張情緒的原因,并提出幾點有效放松策略,以期達到"自然的緊張"狀態(tài),實現(xiàn)最佳的鋼琴演奏效果。
[Abstract]:In piano performance, players need not only skilled playing skills, but also flexible, coordinated and relaxed physical coordination. In the actual performance, due to the influence of many factors, players often produce different degrees of tension in the process of playing, which has an impact on the effect of piano performance. Therefore, how to play the piano easily and freely becomes the problem that the performer must pay attention to. This paper analyzes the relationship between tension and relaxation in piano performance and the causes of tension in performance, and puts forward some effective relaxation strategies in order to achieve "natural tension" and achieve the best piano performance effect.
