【摘要】：筆者利用3年時(shí)間對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村嗩吶班進(jìn)行了深入調(diào)研。結(jié)果顯示,嗩吶班歷史悠久、受眾面廣、藝術(shù)價(jià)值高,并與民俗血肉相連,在新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)中仍然發(fā)揮著重要作用。但不能忽視的是,嗩吶班的生存發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀卻面臨藝人綜合素質(zhì)偏低,藝人從藝艱難,缺乏有效管理機(jī)制等問題。筆者為此針對(duì)性地提出解決問題的對(duì)策:加強(qiáng)藝人的教育培訓(xùn)工作以提高藝人綜合素質(zhì);創(chuàng)造良好的從藝環(huán)境以保證傳承有人;構(gòu)建新機(jī)制以管理、引導(dǎo)和推動(dòng)嗩吶班健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The author uses 3 years of rural suona ensemble conducted in-depth research. The results showed that the suona ensemble has a long history, wide audience, high artistic value, and folk customs related by flesh and blood, still plays an important role in the cultural construction of new countryside. But it can not be ignored is that the survival and development status of Suona ensemble are low performers the comprehensive quality of artists art difficult, the lack of an effective management mechanism. Therefore the author puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems: to strengthen education and training to improve the comprehensive quality of the artist artist; to create a good environment for people to ensure inheritance; the construction of a new mechanism to manage, guide and promote the healthy development of the suona class.
