【摘要】：音樂是競技健美操的重要組成部分。健美操和音樂都有各自的藝術(shù)形象,二者很好地結(jié)合就形成了健美操運(yùn)動(dòng)的藝術(shù)。競技健美操所用的音樂是嚴(yán)格按照競技健美操規(guī)則的要求,充分體現(xiàn)競技健美操項(xiàng)目特色和項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),反映了教練員對于成套動(dòng)作的創(chuàng)編思路和運(yùn)動(dòng)員的個(gè)人技術(shù)特點(diǎn)。運(yùn)動(dòng)員通過聽覺刺激產(chǎn)生動(dòng)力,激發(fā)運(yùn)動(dòng)潛能,完成成套動(dòng)作、表現(xiàn)個(gè)性。 本論文以國內(nèi)外競技健美操比賽中運(yùn)用的音樂資料為研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家調(diào)查法和圖表統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,通過對多名競技健美操教練員、運(yùn)動(dòng)員和音樂制作人員關(guān)于音樂與競技健美操之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,解析競技健美操音樂元素與動(dòng)作之間的內(nèi)部深層關(guān)系。主要結(jié)論如下: 1.競技健美操成套動(dòng)作是藝術(shù)與體育的結(jié)合產(chǎn)物,競技健美操的創(chuàng)編是依照其特點(diǎn)、規(guī)律,根據(jù)其目的、原則為依托,將單個(gè)動(dòng)作組織串聯(lián)成為競賽套路的過程。 2.競技健美操音樂的形式繁多,都必須符合動(dòng)作的性質(zhì)和要求,深入了解和掌握各種動(dòng)作元素,是在成套動(dòng)作創(chuàng)編階段音樂選配時(shí)的必要步驟。 3.與操化組合動(dòng)作配合的是速度平穩(wěn)、節(jié)拍鮮明、富有朝氣的音樂;從音樂配合的總體布局來看,應(yīng)該將音量稍強(qiáng),并重音突出的節(jié)奏性旋律安排在有難度動(dòng)作的位置;過渡與連接處的音樂,需要一種音階式的、分解和弦式的、短句式的旋律,將各個(gè)動(dòng)作單元的配樂有機(jī)地組合起來。 4.開場音樂要能夠在情緒、速度等方面提示運(yùn)動(dòng)員,要求突出重音、節(jié)奏鮮明而無明顯旋律;通常安排一系列的高潮作為主體部分,各高潮之間采用不同情緒、不同力度及不同旋律的音樂,使整個(gè)主體部分營造出“起承轉(zhuǎn)合”的藝術(shù)審美效果;尾聲段落的音樂內(nèi)容宜“少而精”,可加入音效,用來加強(qiáng)最后的印象。 5.在競技健美操成套動(dòng)作的創(chuàng)編過程中,音樂比動(dòng)作有一定的“優(yōu)先權(quán)”。從業(yè)者要掌握電腦制作音樂和剪輯音樂的技術(shù),還要在音樂制作的過程中注重藝術(shù)性,音樂制作本身就是一種特殊的“藝術(shù)再創(chuàng)作過程”。
[Abstract]:Music is an important part of competitive aerobics. Aerobics and music have their own artistic images, and the good combination of the two forms the art of aerobics. The music used in competitive aerobics is in strict accordance with the requirements of competitive aerobics rules, which fully reflects the characteristics of competitive aerobics and the technical characteristics of the events, and reflects the coaches' ideas for the creation of complete sets of movements and the personal technical characteristics of athletes.
