【摘要】：教育是關(guān)乎民族生存和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,音樂教育作為教育的一個方面,尤其是音樂教育在國防生教育中的對于培養(yǎng)道德品質(zhì)、審美水平、愛國情操等方面更具有其他學(xué)科所無法替代的重要作用。本文系統(tǒng)闡述了音樂具有的心理、認(rèn)知、文化、教育等功能,通過對中外戰(zhàn)爭歷史中音樂作用的論述,表明音樂與軍事的特殊聯(lián)系,并從理論層面說明了音樂激發(fā)軍人戰(zhàn)斗精神的途徑和方式,音樂始終是激勵軍人戰(zhàn)斗意志的重要因素,用音樂激發(fā)戰(zhàn)斗精神是我軍的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)；音樂教育對軍人戰(zhàn)斗精神培育起著潛移默化的啟迪、引導(dǎo)和激勵作用,使軍人能夠獲得政治、思想、文化等多方面的教益。文章通過對音樂在國防教育中的精神效應(yīng)進行思考與探索,著重論述了國防音樂教育的內(nèi)涵,并研究了國防生音樂教育在培育戰(zhàn)斗精神過程中的具體方法：應(yīng)重隱蔽,潛移默化；重情理,情理交融；重情趣,寓教于樂。在“不教之教”中提升戰(zhàn)斗精神的教育理念,為充分利用國防生音樂教育培育戰(zhàn)斗精神提供了理論依據(jù)。 文章認(rèn)為,為更好挖掘音樂教育的育人功能,應(yīng)對培養(yǎng)后備力量的國防生音樂教學(xué)進行重新設(shè)計,用音樂的藝術(shù)形象和藝術(shù)魅力,感染、熏陶、教育國防生,使他們在音樂欣賞中啟迪思想和智慧,堅定理想信念,激勵斗志,潛移默化的煥發(fā)積極向上的內(nèi)在動力。本文還就國防生音樂教育的師資隊伍建設(shè)、現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)手段、網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育教學(xué)環(huán)境、校園文化環(huán)境建設(shè)及建立長效機制等方面提出了諸多建設(shè)性的意見。
[Abstract]:Education is a key factor related to the survival and development of the nation. Music education as an aspect of education, especially music education in national defense education for the cultivation of moral quality, aesthetic level, Patriotic sentiment and other aspects have more than other disciplines can not be replaced by the important role. This paper systematically expounds the psychological, cognitive, cultural, educational and other functions of music. By discussing the role of music in the history of Chinese and foreign wars, it shows the special relationship between music and military affairs. It also explains the ways and means of stimulating the fighting spirit by music, which is always an important factor to inspire the fighting will of soldiers, and it is the fine tradition of our army to inspire the fighting spirit with music. Music education plays a subtle role in enlightening, guiding and encouraging soldiers to cultivate the fighting spirit, so that they can obtain political, ideological, cultural and other lessons. Through the reflection and exploration of the spiritual effect of music in the national defense education, this paper discusses the connotation of the national defense music education, and studies the concrete methods of the national defense music education in the process of cultivating the fighting spirit: emphasis should be placed on concealment. Imperceptible; emphasis on reason, reason and harmony; emphasis on interest, education in fun. The educational idea of promoting the fighting spirit in "the Education without Teaching" provides a theoretical basis for fully utilizing the music education of national defense students to cultivate the fighting spirit. The article holds that in order to better tap the educational function of music education, it is necessary to redesign the music teaching of national defense students who cultivate reserve forces, and use the artistic image and artistic charm of music to infect, edify and educate national defense students. So that they can enlighten their thoughts and wisdom in music appreciation, strengthen their ideals and beliefs, inspire their fighting spirit, and imperceptibly radiate the inner motive force of positive and uplifting. This paper also puts forward many constructive suggestions on the construction of national defense students' teaching staff, modern educational technology, teaching environment of network education, the construction of campus culture environment and the establishment of long-lasting mechanism, etc.
