關(guān)于中師聲樂小組課的實踐研究

【摘要】: 聲樂教學(xué)作為中師音樂專業(yè)的一門基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科,其教學(xué)目標不僅要求學(xué)生具有一定的演唱技能與技巧,還要掌握必備的聲樂理論知識和教學(xué)方法。在市場經(jīng)濟條件影響下,學(xué)校為求生存、求發(fā)展、求規(guī)模、求效益而擴大招生;進行機構(gòu)改革,減員增效,導(dǎo)致師資不足,單純依靠傳統(tǒng)的“一對一”授課方式已不能滿足教學(xué)的需求。因此,小組課教學(xué)顯現(xiàn)其優(yōu)勢浮出水面。然而,隨著高等師范學(xué)校聲樂小組課如火如荼的開展,中師此種形式的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀卻不容樂觀。如課程管理、教學(xué)形式本身、師資水平、學(xué)生的基本素質(zhì)等有方面都尚需完善,待于更深入的研究。本文從理論闡述與實際調(diào)查兩方面入手,結(jié)合本地區(qū)的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀、對如何優(yōu)化中師聲樂小組課的教學(xué)的對策與實施等方面進行了較為深入的探究。力求通過對此形式的不斷探索和完善,全方位的整合聲樂小組課的優(yōu)勢,彌補不足,努力推進中師聲樂教學(xué)健康的發(fā)展。 全文共由三大部分組成:第一章是中師聲樂小組課概述,介紹了相關(guān)概念的闡述、中師聲樂小組課的教學(xué)特點;第二章是中師聲樂小組課教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,包括調(diào)查的方法與實施和調(diào)查結(jié)果分析兩部分;第三章是優(yōu)化的中師聲樂小組課教學(xué)對策研究與實施,首先闡述的是確立以聲樂小組課教學(xué)形式為主要教學(xué)形式,包括學(xué)時集中一師多生的授課形式;建立學(xué)校對聲樂小組課教學(xué)形式的管理;提高教師的業(yè)務(wù)水平以適應(yīng)新的教學(xué)形式;其次是針對教學(xué)形式特點、完善教學(xué)方法,包括注重藝術(shù)實踐,提高演唱能力;交流互動式方法,加深學(xué)習(xí)體驗;關(guān)注相關(guān)學(xué)科,強調(diào)綜合培養(yǎng);建立評價機制,檢驗學(xué)習(xí)成果,最后闡述的是結(jié)合學(xué)生聲樂學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)因材施教,包括根據(jù)學(xué)生聲音特點、技術(shù)技巧合理分組教學(xué);激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,因材施教選擇曲目等等。
[Abstract]:Vocal music teaching as a basic subject of music major in normal school, its teaching goal not only requires students to have certain singing skills and skills, but also to master the necessary vocal music theory knowledge and teaching methods. Under the influence of market economy, schools expand their enrollment in order to survive, develop, scale and benefit; carry out organizational reform, reduce staff and increase efficiency, resulting in a shortage of teachers. Simply relying on the traditional one-to-one teaching method can no longer meet the teaching needs. Therefore, group teaching shows its advantages. However, with the development of vocal music group classes in normal schools, the present situation of this form of teaching in normal schools is not optimistic. Such as curriculum management, teaching form itself, teacher level, students' basic quality and other aspects still need to be improved, waiting for more in-depth research. In this paper, from the two aspects of theoretical elaboration and practical investigation, combined with the present situation of teaching in this area, the author makes a deep research on how to optimize the teaching strategy and implementation of vocal music group class in normal school. Through the continuous exploration and improvement of this form, the comprehensive integration of vocal music group class advantages, to make up for the deficiencies, and strive to promote the healthy development of vocal music teaching in normal schools. The paper is composed of three parts: the first chapter is an overview of vocal music group classes in normal schools, the introduction of related concepts, the teaching characteristics of vocal music group classes in normal schools, the second chapter is a survey of the current situation of vocal music group teaching in normal schools. The third chapter is the research and implementation of the optimized teaching strategies of vocal music group in normal schools. The first part is to establish the vocal music group teaching form as the main teaching form. Including the teaching form of concentrating one teacher and more students during school hours; establishing the school management of vocal music group teaching form; improving the professional level of teachers to adapt to the new teaching form; secondly, improving teaching methods according to the characteristics of teaching form. It includes paying attention to art practice, improving singing ability, exchanging interactive methods, deepening learning experience, paying attention to relevant disciplines and emphasizing comprehensive cultivation, establishing evaluation mechanism and testing learning results. In the end, the author expounds how to teach students' vocal music learning in accordance with their aptitude, including teaching in groups according to the students' sound characteristics, arousing students' interest in learning and choosing songs according to their aptitude, and so on.
