【摘要】：賀綠汀是一位杰出的音樂(lè)教育家。其音樂(lè)教育思想與實(shí)踐體現(xiàn)在兩大方面:一是高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和嚴(yán)要求的專業(yè)人才觀。他期望音樂(lè)學(xué)生有理想、有抱負(fù)、有事業(yè)心,做一個(gè)有為的新中國(guó)的青年;應(yīng)該鼓起勇氣建設(shè)嶄新的中國(guó)音樂(lè);要把握現(xiàn)代中國(guó)的時(shí)代脈搏,以成熟的技巧,熱烈的情緒,反映偉大的時(shí)代,從而擔(dān)負(fù)起創(chuàng)造新中國(guó)音樂(lè)的使命。他認(rèn)為只有團(tuán)結(jié)和依靠有真才實(shí)學(xué)并事業(yè)心強(qiáng)的教師才能辦好音樂(lè)教育,好的師資是辦好學(xué)校的關(guān)鍵所在,沒(méi)有高水平的教師,就沒(méi)有高質(zhì)量的教育。二是建立系統(tǒng)和完整的高等音樂(lè)教育體制。為保證教學(xué)的高質(zhì)量,多出人才,出好人才,要建立起囊括大學(xué)、中學(xué)、小學(xué)"一條龍"的音樂(lè)專業(yè)教育新體制;并重視民族音樂(lè)的教育和建設(shè);特別要重視音樂(lè)科學(xué)研究工作;還要注重音樂(lè)教育的提高與普及平衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:He Lvting is an outstanding music educator. His music education thought and practice are embodied in two aspects: one is the professional talent view of high standards and strict requirements, and he expects music students to have ideal, ambition and career spirit. To be a promising youth in New China; We should have the courage to build a brand new Chinese music; To grasp the pulse of modern China, mature skills, warm feelings, reflect the great times. Therefore, he holds that only the teachers who have the real ability to learn and work hard can run the music education well, and the good teachers are the key to run the school well. Without high-level teachers, there will be no high-quality education. Second, the establishment of a systematic and complete higher music education system. In order to ensure the high quality of teaching, more talents, and better talent, we must establish a comprehensive university and middle school. The new system of music education in primary school; And attach importance to the education and construction of national music; Special attention should be paid to the research of music science; We should also pay attention to the balanced development of music education and popularization.
